25/01/2025: I have been to Ponte Rosso several times and each time the experience has been excellent. The dishes, prepared with carefully selected raw materials, combine tradition and innovation impeccably. The desserts, a must try, are delicious and complete the meal perfectly. The service is attentive and never intrusive: the staff is friendly and manages to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to Mimmo, the owner, who always knows how to give me the best advice, making every visit even more pleasant.

21/02/2025: I went to the Al Quinto Quarto Restaurant for dinner and the experience was simply exceptional! I started with an amazing beef tartare, fresh and tasty at the right level. Next, the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms were a true masterpiece: perfectly al dente pasta and intensely flavored mushrooms. All accompanied by an excellent bottle of Buttafuoco, recommended by the staff to best enhance the dishes. The waiters were impeccable: polite, very attentive and very knowledgeable on all dishes. Closing with the revisited sbrisolona was the icing on the cake, a dessert that I will hardly forget. A heartfelt thank you to chef Maurizio for the passion and mastery that can be perceived in every dish. Welcoming atmosphere and very high level service: an experience to absolutely repeat. Highly recommended!

28/02/2025: I'm sorry to write this review because I've been going to this pastry shop for years, it has created countless good and wonderful desserts for me and as far as the cakes themselves are concerned I can't say anything I've always found them wonderful! The problem started 3 days ago, I entered their new shop and I didn't find her but her brother, he told me to do the usual procedure by sending the photo on WhatsApp and then questions started because for 5 people he wouldn't have made me the cake (in 7 years I've never been told and I had him create more than 10 cakes including the wedding one), another squabble over the price for the cake for 5 people and the various figurines on top which he didn't even let me explain that I simply only wanted Pinocchio because it was a themed cake and I didn't want the various characters that were in the photo but in this case I only wanted 1. Despite this Claudia was not at all interested in writing to me or even replying to me! You don't behave like this with customers, especially established ones... you will have made a career and money and you allow yourself to treat people like dirt, the usual courtesy, kindness and professionalism that I remember is only part of the past! Never again!

16/02/2025: Domenica a pranzo in famiglia, si decide di andare a provare questo ristorante di carne. Scelta felicissima: posto molto caratteristico, infatti i Ristorante si trova al centro di un maneggio di cavalli. Ottima carne personale cordiale, servizio molto veloce. Prezzo giusto per la qualità. Sicuramente da ripetere.

Sin. in past years he was superb, then the arrogance of being "established" brought him down to low levels.

27/01/2025: Frequentiamo questo locale da anni, in coppia o in compagnia di amici e questo già dovrebbe dare le prime indicazioni. Dopo qualche mese di assenza, sabato siamo tornati in coppia e, come al solito, siamo stati accolti con sorrisi e cortesia. Accomodati al tavolo abbiamo ordinato nei tempi giusti, nonostante il locale pieno e poco dopo ci hanno servito. Zuppetta di moscardini per me e milanese di tonno per la mia signora: due delizie, per gli occhi e per il palato, veramente squisiti. A seguire un tiramisù classico per me e sorbetto agli agrumi per mia moglie, molto delicati entrambi, una garanzia. La sorpresa l’ho lasciata per ultima: una lista dei vini che mi ha colto di sorpresa e che mi ha veramente colpito: prodotti del territorio, possibilità di scegliere vini praticamente da tutta Italia e una scelta di Champagne inaspettata. Segno di grandi investimenti e di serietà del progetto. Bravi Sara e Alessandro, sarà sempre più piacevole venirvi a trovare. Per correttezza va anche menzionato il conto, a mio modo di vedere, equo: Bottiglia di acqua, bottiglia di Valdobbiadene, zuppetta di moscardini, milanese di tonno, due dolci, due caffè. 80€ Da provare
