19/03/2025: We were driving around the hills of San Damiano in Colle in a camper. We asked for a place where we could park easily and enjoy Sunday. They told us about "Il Pilota", and luckily! A very relaxing place in the countryside surrounded by a large farmhouse, full of spring scents. The rooms are very beautiful in full countryside style. Kind and patient staff. We had taglionini with sea urchin, a spectacle! And paccheri with monkfish: remarkable! Fried cod.. Mix of cheeses including donkey cheese. All very good. Top wine! Given the space around us we walked with the dog.. and enjoyed the beautiful sunny Sunday.

17/03/2025: Sono andato parecchie volte con la vecchia gestione e ho sempre mangiato molto bene Con la nuova gestione hanno alzato il livello del cibo top Servizio ottimo con una bella scelta di vino
