05/10/2025: We went to BV for an aperitif and, honestly, I expected much more from a place with such a refined image. The atmosphere is elegant and the service is friendly, but all of this is overshadowed by the lack of attention to cleanliness: there were numerous large and thick cobwebs, spiders, and even dead flies on our table. After reporting this to the staff, we were moved, but the situation deserved a more concrete apology—like offering a bottle or something to compensate for the inconvenience. It's a real shame, because the place has potential, but incidents like this completely ruin the experience and leave a feeling of neglect that's unexpected from such a place.

27/08/2025: Everything was great, no complaints about the business. This morning, however, August 27, 2025, around 8:30 a.m., the vending machine took €5 without dispensing any cigarettes, so I had to buy another pack, spending even more money, and without receiving a receipt (payment by debit card). I hope to recover the lost credit, since the bar reopens on September 9th.

31/10/2025: The staff is polite. We bought some normal turtle sandwiches, then we had a chocolate cake with Smarties on top. The dough was awful and old. My daughter spat it out.

The fries are also good, perfectly fried and not too heavy. Always on-time with deliveries. The best takeout pizzeria around!! The delivery staff are also friendly and reliable! 23/09/2025: Beautiful and delicious choices. The coffee flavor is incredible, the amarena super fresh, the salted caramel delicious and my top choice, licorice! If you like licorice, you will not be disappointed. I made sure they knew how much I liked it and the owner told me he is from Calabria, and use Amarelli (best licorice ever…from Calabria). The gelato is creamy and addicting. The cialda cones crunches and sweet. Bravi!

17/08/2025: I was nostalgic when I showed up at this pizzeria after years. The service, gratitude, and timing were truly excellent. But once I got home with the pizzas... one of the pizzas was a jumble of ingredients all in the center, tomato spread all the way to the edge but not evenly spread. It was awful to look at, and in fact it was dry because the mozzarella and ingredients were only in the center, and instead of sausage? Minced meat... on the pizza, I wonder why?? Let's just say the counter needs a major improvement. While the other one was thrown out straight away. Ingredients that were laughable, maybe 2... how embarrassing... but it's not over, my partner was pregnant, and having ordered a pizza with only mozzarella, cooked ham and olives, it actually tasted like 4 cheeses with a hint of Taleggio, which is unacceptable during pregnancy... are we sure it was only mozzarella? Be careful. You don't even know what you're eating. I took the liberty of reviewing it because, being in the business myself, as a colleague, I can tell you, we're not at all good. Excellent dough, regards.

15/11/2025: After several times where the delivery was late and I pretended nothing was wrong because I like their pizza anyway, today they really went too far. I ordered two pizzas and a kebab at 6:10 PM. Delivery requested for 7:15 PM. And I live At 7:45 PM, still not seeing anyone, I called to rush. The girl on the phone told me the delivery was out. In reality, the delivery arrived at 7:56 PM sharp. I say this because I live about 400 meters from the pizzeria, on the parallel street. Three minutes away at most. To add insult to injury... I went home and discovered the pizzas were freezing cold. I have to leave at 8:30 PM. So I didn't have time to reheat them. Bottom line: we'll eat them reheated tomorrow or I'll freeze them. I gave them one last chance. Stop. They'll never see me again. I absolutely advise against it.

24/09/2025: Thick pan pizza for 4/6 servings. Unfortunately, there's not enough mozzarella and not much crispiness underneath. It's still rubbery.

12/07/2025: I usually order a pizza with fried eggplant. It's usually very good, well-cooked, and with just the right balance of ingredients. Today it arrived with very little tomato... a ton of mozzarella that completely stripped the pizza of its flavor... it's a real disgrace! I think that if you want to keep your customers, you can't send out a product like this. It's scandalous!

20/09/2025: It's not a restaurant, and the name itself is misleading. Pre-cooked dishes, reheated in the microwave, nothing particularly exceptional. At checkout, "NO CARDS ACCEPTED," just large amounts of cash, no sign, and no notice. If you try to complain, they ask if you want to speak to the doctor... who isn't a doctor. Obviously, no receipt, if there was any need to mention it. It seems to be a constant practice without any checks; at the very least, I hope it always stays fairly empty.

20/09/2025: Microwaved food, no kitchen. Service is provided by someone who brings the dishes and heats them up in the microwave behind the counter. They only accept cash. No receipt, just a piece of paper of questionable authenticity.
