Kind, helpful, and truly attentive to the customer. In an episode that could have turned unpleasant, I found understanding and respect of a quality that is now RARE!! 23/05/2025: C'eravamo stati x il mio cinquantesimo anno di età ( un po di anni fa !!! ) e ieri sera siamo ritornati x festeggiare quello di mio marito. Da fuori il ristorante non dice granché ( una volta era solo bar/tabacchi ) ma una volta accomodati dentro si viene " coccolati " dal personale molto gentile. La qualità e la cura del cibo è molto buona e i prezzi sono giusti x ciò che si mangia.

I didn't have time to finish a dish that they already took it away. I don't recommend and I won't come back! Learn to welcome the customer well and make them feel at ease!

I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant for lunch, the atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is kind, helpful and competent to advise which dishes to choose! The menu is varied and interesting! Both appetizers and main courses are well portioned! The products are fresh and refined! The desserts round it all off perfectly! Very large internal parking lot. The place is large and bright, suitable both for a date as a couple and for an outing to celebrate some event. Easy access for the disabled

26/05/2025: Me siento obligado a compartir esta experiencia negativa con la esperanza de que la dirección lo tome en serio y lo aborde adecuadamente. Visité este lugar por lo demás encantador para un aperitivo con mi madre, pero desafortunadamente, nuestro tiempo allí se vio eclipsado por el comportamiento de un hombre intoxicado, aparentemente de Túnez, que gritaba fuerte y se comportaba agresivamente. A pesar del agradable ambiente del lugar, sus gritos se volvieron tan perturbadores que amablemente le pedí que bajara la voz. Su respuesta fue profundamente perturbadora: reaccionó con hostilidad, diciéndome que no tenía derecho a hablar con él simplemente porque soy mujer. Nunca me han tratado con tanta falta de respeto en mi propio país, y es inaceptable que alguien que se comporta de una manera tan perturbadora y misógina pueda permanecer en un lugar público sin ninguna intervención. Su esposa, visiblemente avergonzada por su comportamiento, trató de calmarlo y persuadirlo para que se fuera, pero él también le gritó, diciéndole que "se callara" antes de continuar bebiendo. Si bien entiendo que los lugares no siempre pueden controlar el comportamiento de cada huésped, espero sinceramente que la dirección reflexione sobre cómo manejar mejor situaciones como esta en el futuro, para la seguridad y comodidad de todos los clientes (incluyendo llamar a la policía). Especialmente cuando este “hombre” decía ser un cliente habitual...

01/07/2025: Eravamo in 2 abbiamo preso un Tagliere super minimo , prezzo 22 euro e mi viene detto che dalle 22 euro mi scalano un calice solo quindi lo pagherei 16, ma la cosa più bella e’ che prendendo una bottiglia da 35 euro( cosa che ho fatto ),quindi non 2 calici, mi danno solo patatine e olive ….. ……….. ….. complimenti! Oltretutto i vini che hanno li trovi all Iperal …. Ho già detto tutto!!!!

16/06/2025: Good pizza but not excellent, attentive service, small environment but where you can see the attempt to give it a character, prices not exactly low. We had dinner for 2, with 2 stuffed pizzas, panache, half a white wine, side dish and limoncello. I attach the photo of the receipt for your evaluation of whether it was cheap or not. UPDATE: given the response of the owner (who apparently totally ignored my compliments, dwelling on an aspect, I believe, secondary), I update by pointing out that, as I had already written, we had taken a panache. At this point then I also clarify: they do not make panache but they do serve sprite and beer. They charge for both (for goodness sake, fair) but the LEFFE from 0.33 to 6 euros! I don't know what those who read the review think but to me it seems DEFINITELY TOO MUCH!
