16/02/2025: Un’esperienza davvero interessante per location, qualità dell’accoglienza, qualità del cibo e professionalità. Impossibile non consigliarlo. Siamo stati letteralmente coccolati dal maitre Stefano e dai suoi collaboratori. Abbiamo assaggiato tutte le specialità locali e in particolare il risotto con luganega in cialda di parmigiano, una squisita selezione di salumi suini autoctoni e un valpolicella davvero strepitoso. La location è indescrivibile, un casolare davvero accogliente che ti riporta indietro nel tempo.

15/02/2025: Una location davvero unica, in questo antico convento del 600 sapientemente ristrutturato. Una perfetta cura dei particolari, dai servizi di piatti e bicchieri, che ricordano quelli della nonna, all'arredamento. La cucina lombarda rivisitata in chiave moderna è deliziosa e con porzioni adeguate. Il personale gentile e attento. Sicuramente lo consiglio.

05/01/2025: Brewery/brewery in the taste district - ex Formenti in Carate, is characterized, like the other neighboring premises, by the quality of the offer and care of the service. Open until late, in addition to a menu of "tasty" dishes (simple pizzas, burgers, chips and the like) it offers above all really good and distinctive beers, some always present on the menu, others in season - also sold in bottles to take away - which can be ordered in various 'sizes' (small, medium, large, XL) at very fair prices. Quiet but cheerful environment, very kind and competent staff, I will gladly return and recommend it

07/01/2025: I met Squisitó by chance, on the internet. I saw that for the Christmas holidays, they had equipped themselves with takeaway boxes, and since I didn't have a great desire to cook like there was no tomorrow, I had the brilliant idea of ​​booking them for the New Year's Eve dinner. Then, not happy, and completely in the dark because I hadn't tried any dishes yet, I thought about booking for Epiphany too because I already knew that we would have dinner at my place with relatives. The Bistrot closed its doors on December 31st, so Silvia, the owner, prepared an ad hoc menu for me so as not to make me eat the same things as on New Year's Eve, informing me in advance, however, that I would have to freeze everything and defrost it the day before to enjoy dinner. Honestly, I was a little skeptical... I thought that, since I would have to freeze, I would lose some of the flavor and brilliance of the dishes... Instead, to my great surprise, everything was truly exceptional. For what we spent, (it was all fish based), the Bistrot far exceeded my expectations. Not to mention Silvia's great attention to please me, and the meticulous work of all the staff. For a dinner "without sbatty" but with taste, I highly recommend it and will certainly repeat.

25/12/2024: Gastronomy with a rather rich range of house offerings: everything is prepared on site, from crepes to savory pies, from pancakes to pancakes. Fresh seasonal vegetables are processed and transformed for a long time. Two dishes of your choice, freely chosen from starters to desserts, cost €11.50; three dishes instead cost €13.50. A glass of water of approximately 300 ml is included while the half-liter bottle is paid separately. The tables are arranged in a small room in front of the entrance which fills up easily and in an outdoor area located between the pavement and the roadway. The bathroom is external. The restaurant is managed by Silvia together with other staff; the service is very fast. Edenred and Satispay tickets are accepted as payment methods.

18/02/2025: Educational restaurant connected to the hotel institute and evaluated in this context. Essential furnishings, like the menu, extremely tidy and clean, as is the toilet. Careful dishes, even simple, but perfect, impeccable service, "no comment" cost. I recommend it both as an experience of entering a school "laboratory" for the user and giving training experience to students who interact with real customers. 4 stars only because it cannot be considered "excellence", but 5 stars for the initiative.

Servizio ottimo, molto meglio di altri locali, considerando che si tratta di un ristorante dove, chi ci lavora, sta frequentando ancora la scuola alberghiera. Menù ottimo e soddisfa tutte le esigenze. Piatti belli da vedere e soprattutto buoni. Bravi, avanti così
