The atmosphere is welcoming and quiet, even when crowded, with plenty of parking. A wide selection of excellent beers. The burgers and platters are quality; next time I'll try the pizzas. The staff is attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Not exactly in my area, but I knew about the place from social media. They have a good selection of craft beers (though perhaps a bit too much IPA) and good food. The nachos were generous and well-seasoned, and the skewers were tasty.

If you want to taste a good beer at Gaia's you have to go!!!

We discovered the possibility of a brewery tour with dinner on Instagram. We arrived very early and, since there was hardly anyone there, we started with a tasting of four beers and ordered dinner. After almost an hour, we had finished everything and I was worried the tour would be cancelled. Instead, one of the waitresses came over—all very kind and attentive—and said, "If you want, the brewmaster is ready for the tour." It was a fantastic experience! We bombarded Riccardo with questions, and he entertained us admirably: a big thank you! Upon returning to our table, we took the opportunity to do another tasting and, of course, before leaving, we stocked up on beers to take home. Overall, the beer was good, but it's a matter of taste. For me, the best was the Fiol, but out of eight I only left more than half of one. I also ate well. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent beer and good food too

Excellent beer selection. Great place for a casual dinner with friends. The only downside is that the kitchen doesn't stay open late, so post-game dining isn't a good option.
