31/10/2025: An excellent all-you-can-eat restaurant, among the best ever, and I'm afraid they know it well enough.
I'd like to remind the management that their restaurant isn't the only one!
If seven of us arrive, you offer us a table for five where we'll be cramped together, and I say no problem. I wait for a table to become available so we can split up, and you arrogantly reply, "There are no other tables." I genuinely reply, "Then I'll go eat somewhere else."
Terrible... and it's not the first time you've treated me condescendingly...
31/10/2025: I came alone and wanted to have lunch and they told me if you are alone, you won't eat here... Do you want to know anything else about discrimination??? I will write about this in many groups.

14/11/2025: Today I wanted to try eating here for the first time, and now it's become one of my favorite places: the tables out front are very clean and the staff is very friendly. The highlight is obviously the food, finally a valid alternative to the usual, boring fast food. I tried the talking wrap and loved it, just the right amount of spice and flavor. Highly recommended! 🥰

A lunch cost €18 for two empty piadinas and two Cokes.
I find it absurd to pay €8 for an empty piadina, two pieces of prosciutto, and two pieces of arugula. When I raised the issue, I was told that it had nothing to do with them, but rather the weights imposed by the company.
Perhaps these weights are calculated for a child?
If you're on a diet and want an empty piadina, welcome!
If you're hungry, don't come because you'll have to go eat somewhere else!
29/11/2025: Something's wrong.
They charge you €1.50 more for the roll because it's more filling, they say, but in reality it's a very thin layer with very little toppings inside.
It's gotten much worse! Not to mention the staff, all exhausted kids who don't even crack a smile! Rude. What a shame.

17/11/2025: After a while I went back, but still nothing if I could. Yesterday, Sunday, November 16, the ribs arrived lukewarm, colder than hot, and even the fries, which, no, no, if I wanted to eat them lukewarm, I'd have stayed at my house. They were sent back and returned, at most, a little hotter. I say, having worked in this industry and unfortunately for them, since I'm sitting at a table facing the kitchen, the cooks can't prepare fries and ribs because they think everyone takes them, and leaving them on the counter hoping the first unlucky person will take them, I pay, I pay to have them hot. There were sandwiches that had been there for 10 minutes, I don't dare imagine how they got to that poor customer. Next time, if I'm back, as soon as the first cold forkful hits, I'll get up and leave.

19/11/2025: For lunch, I had a double sitting bull burger. The meat was very dry, and it seemed reheated, in fact, the burgers arrived in 3 minutes. For €15, I expect a respectable burger; otherwise, I'll go to other chains where it costs half as much. It's not the first time I've been here, but today, unfortunately, it was really bad.

04/10/2025: We've appreciated the quality of Befed chicken for years, so much so that we stopped by for lunch or dinner every time we were there.
But the last time I visited, I noticed the chicken was shrunken and the fries were more than halved.
I asked for an explanation and was told that they only reduced the quantity of fries because so many were being thrown away and the aim was to reduce waste. Okay, that's fair enough, but then lower the price too! Or offer separate portions (small and large) at different prices.
I have the feeling that behind the valid, and understandable, anti-waste justification lies a new marketing strategy: "shrink flation."
Honestly, we'll avoid returning because we left feeling hungrier than when we arrived.
A real shame!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
03/11/2025: We waited over an hour for our order, then we went to inquire and were told it had been delivered to them (to someone else)... They repackaged everything for us... At the table, we noticed a sandwich was missing (it was left ready at the counter without anyone noticing). The fries were cold. The Happy Meal surprise was just the booklet, no toy.
Finally, when we were about to leave, we noticed that the Happy Meal yogurts hadn't been delivered either.
I don't think we'll be back next time.

12/12/2025: I usually try to highlight at least some positive aspects, but unfortunately I didn't find any this time. The quality of the croissant was truly poor: as you can see in the photo, the cream had completely curdled and was practically inedible. I really hope they can improve in the future.
02/12/2025: I'm telling you... You elderly lady with thick-rimmed glasses... Forget it... This job isn't for you!!!! A stop at the bar should be a relaxing and fulfilling experience for the patron...

The atmosphere of the place is very pleasant, but unfortunately the quality of the proposals did not meet my expectations. The croissant served was a bit dry and did not have that fragrant and fresh consistency that you would expect. The pistachio cream inside had a taste that made you think it was not entirely fresh, which ruined the experience a bit. Even the cappuccino, both for the quality of the coffee and the creaminess of the foam, was not up to par. I hope that in the future they can pay more attention to quality, because the place really has great potential. 🌿

27/06/2025: Inizialmente ho pensato a un malinteso, da parte di entrambi ma in buona fede e sono cose che possono succedere. Al momento del conto il responsabile di sala ci ha trattate in maniera fredda come se l errore fosse stato solo nostro. Eh no non è così, la spiegazione del menu’ non è stata chiara da parte sua e l equivoco è partito da lì. Ripeto cose che possono succedere ma il suo atteggiamento mi porta a sottolineare il menù poco chiaro e il rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente esagerato!
30/05/2025: Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questo ristorante è stata deludente, principalmente a causa del personale. La maggior parte dei dipendenti non parla inglese e non fa alcuno sforzo per comunicare in modo rispettoso con i clienti stranieri. Abbiamo cercato di spiegare in inglese cosa volevamo, ma siamo stati ignorati o trattati con sarcasmo.
L’atteggiamento generale del personale è scortese, poco professionale e, purtroppo, abbiamo avuto l’impressione di essere stati trattati con superiorità e mancanza di rispetto, forse anche con un atteggiamento razzista. L’attesa per ricevere il nostro ordine è stata molto lunga e nessuno si è preso la briga di parlare con noi o di chiederci se andasse tutto bene.
L’unico aspetto positivo è stato il cibo, che era abbastanza buono – darei un 7/8. Tuttavia, il servizio del personale merita un voto di -0.
Non consiglio questo posto a chi non parla la lingua locale o a chi si aspetta un minimo di rispetto e professionalità da parte dello staff.
