Prices are now average for AYCE, but at least the quality is good.
Poor service, especially those at the cashier.
At least offer a liqueur (it's completely up to your discretion and not up for debate), but it would be more appropriate to say otherwise that you're not offering anything.

15/08/2025: Completely abandoned. Ten minutes outside waiting for someone to seat us. 20 minutes to take our order because there's only one person in the entire restaurant taking orders. Unacceptable.
08/08/2025: The staff is fantastic, always available and attentive to the customers' needs, making the lunch and dinner experience very pleasant! The manager, Marta, is super professional and courteous with all guests! I recommend everyone to go and eat there.

02/08/2025: We witnessed a shocking scene at lunch today: two girls picked up their piadinas and sat at the table next to ours. After inspecting them for a while, a girl from the kitchen showed up with two piadinas. After clarifying that the piadinas the girls had brought to the table weren't theirs, the girl from the kitchen took them away and left them their order.
So far, nothing strange, except that the piadinas that were handled by customers for a while weren't thrown away but rather brought to the table of the person who originally ordered them...
Otherwise, the piadinas were edible, but unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly over the years.
05/07/2025: Average piadina but the girls at the counter are not at all transparent about what they sell and propose. If you are not aware you end up with an increased price on the receipt. Be careful!

17/08/2025: We often come here for breakfast. The pastries are always available, even late in the morning. It's a great place to stop if you're in the area or need to wander around the mall.
31/07/2025: This cafe inside the GLOBO shopping center is a guarantee for an EXCELLENT COFFEE! We stop here every time we come to Busnago to window shop and relax. We recommend everyone try it. Enjoy your coffee 😊

It's always the right time to stop for a coffee here, especially when Francesco makes it: his is an "espresso macchiato" ☕️ worthy of the Eurovision Song Contest, or rather...Worldvision 🤣😂🤣.
Definitely worth a try!

10/02/2025: Very bad experience. I bought the cockerel with truffle. They served me a cockerel with raw parts. As soon as I realized it, I kindly reported the problem to the waitress who initially told me that they would have cooked it more, but then she brought me the meat with the truffle sauce all burnt and incredibly part of the cockerel still raw. Starting from the assumption that they would have had to directly remake the cockerel for me, returning the raw meat to one place and with burnt skin and truffle sauce is truly ridiculous as a situation. I politely point it out again, but this time the waitress gets annoyed and calls the chef, trying to convince me that raw meat isn't a real problem and that it can happen. Very serious being poultry and doing practically only this "restaurant". Unfortunately for them I cook and I know well what it means to serve raw poultry and the associated risks. In the end, after I get nervous, because they create an embarrassing situation in front of other diners and I feel taken for a ride, the chef suggests that I make the rooster again, but by now I was no longer hungry and definitely no longer wanted to stay there. I thank and decline. Dinner was now ruined. If I didn't pay first, I wouldn't pay for the dish at all. So I don't recommend this place. Terrible experience and service.

27/06/2025: Inizialmente ho pensato a un malinteso, da parte di entrambi ma in buona fede e sono cose che possono succedere. Al momento del conto il responsabile di sala ci ha trattate in maniera fredda come se l errore fosse stato solo nostro. Eh no non è così, la spiegazione del menu’ non è stata chiara da parte sua e l equivoco è partito da lì. Ripeto cose che possono succedere ma il suo atteggiamento mi porta a sottolineare il menù poco chiaro e il rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente esagerato!
30/05/2025: Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questo ristorante è stata deludente, principalmente a causa del personale. La maggior parte dei dipendenti non parla inglese e non fa alcuno sforzo per comunicare in modo rispettoso con i clienti stranieri. Abbiamo cercato di spiegare in inglese cosa volevamo, ma siamo stati ignorati o trattati con sarcasmo.
L’atteggiamento generale del personale è scortese, poco professionale e, purtroppo, abbiamo avuto l’impressione di essere stati trattati con superiorità e mancanza di rispetto, forse anche con un atteggiamento razzista. L’attesa per ricevere il nostro ordine è stata molto lunga e nessuno si è preso la briga di parlare con noi o di chiederci se andasse tutto bene.
L’unico aspetto positivo è stato il cibo, che era abbastanza buono – darei un 7/8. Tuttavia, il servizio del personale merita un voto di -0.
Non consiglio questo posto a chi non parla la lingua locale o a chi si aspetta un minimo di rispetto e professionalità da parte dello staff.
