19/07/2026: Before sitting here, we went somewhere else. The restaurant was empty, waiting forever to eat. We got up and left. Roadhouse, the restaurant was full. Within 10 minutes, they seated us, served us, and we ate. Everything was excellent, as always! #Bowl
10/07/2026: Very good food, friendly staff, air conditioning a little high, improve the kids area without screens on the floor but with educational games.

It gets one star because it's impossible to pay €3.50 for a medium 2-flavor cone of this quality in Busnago. At least if the wafer were one of those crunchy ones... but not even that!

13/07/2026: We visited this piadineria on a Wednesday afternoon and the experience was embarrassing, to say the least.
• The cashier staff was incredibly unfriendly: a smile every now and then wouldn't hurt, considering you're dealing with the public! The welcome was completely cold and annoyed.
• Cleanliness was nonexistent: there were four people working, but not one who bothered to clean the tables, which were absolutely disgusting.
• Forced DIY: in the end, we customers had to clean our own tables because, evidently, the staff was "too tired" to do their job.
If you have four employees on shift and customers still have to clean their own tables while being treated like dirt, there's a serious management problem. Highly discouraged, and we won't be returning.
18/06/2026: Always popular as a franchise, and nothing to complain about about the flavors, the management leaves much to be desired, especially at this location. While I wait for my order, I can see the guys working from the window overlooking the kitchen, picking up their phones to text from inside the kitchen (which are inevitably dirty, like any phone), before returning to work, obviously without gloves or sanitizing, and a girl also adjusting her bra with her bare hands before getting back to work. Certain things are unacceptable, especially when you're working in contact with edibles, because I don't think those involved would be happy with it. There needs to be a lot more oversight of how the staff operates in the kitchen.
There's no such thing, guys, are you kidding?

24/01/2026: I ordered a baguette with chicken and salad.....but I tell you, a baguette needs to be served crispy and hot, not raw, bought at the supermarket downstairs. You open the package and fill it yourself! Is it possible to offer sandwiches without even knowing how to make them? Negative rating.

30/05/2026: We went to BEFED Busnago and had a great time. We had the Baby Box and the cutlet with fries, both tasty and well-prepared. Everything was accompanied by their beer, which was truly excellent and the perfect pairing.
Friendly service, a pleasant atmosphere, and generous portions. A positive experience that will definitely make us return. Recommended for a casual dinner with friends! 🍻🍟😊

21/07/2026: I went to this restaurant on Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM. As soon as we arrived, the waiter told us to wait because he would show us to our table, but he left us waiting for about 10 minutes even though the restaurant was practically empty.
The service was also very poor when it came to taking our orders: the waiters could see us, but they kept walking right past us.
We ordered three sandwiches, two of which were cold. The burger was cold from the refrigerator, dry, and seemed to have been made hours earlier. When we pointed this out, instead of remaking it, they simply reheated it slightly, so much so that the plate was piping hot, but the sandwich still wasn't up to par.
Another negative note was the attitude toward children: we were left feeling unwelcome. If a restaurant isn't family-friendly, it would be better to communicate this clearly.
During the entire service, we didn't see a single smile: personal issues should be kept out of the equation, especially considering that customers pay like everyone else.
It's a shame, because we would have liked to order dessert as well, but no one came to the table to ask if we wanted anything else. After that experience, we completely lost the desire to stay any longer.

13/07/2026: Terrible service. I've never seen service like this. 1 hour to wait for 2 ice creams, 1 coffee cream, and 1 coffee. Table service is nonexistent.
11/07/2026: I get a drink... I wait 45 minutes... I get up to ask, and they apologized because they'd lost my order.
They ask for the receipt... they arrive with the drink but no receipt. I drink it, get up, and don't move until the receipt comes back. Drink consumed. Receipt returned after another wait because they were disgusted with messing around in their own garbage... After an hour, I leave. #itaglia @mcdonald #sumMERDAys

28/02/2026: I ask for a ristretto. Then, as normal as can be, I ask for a drop of hot water to dilute it.
All hell breaks loose: all hell breaks loose.
I was literally verbally assaulted for a couple of inches of water that, according to the man at the bar, I should have paid for because "that would make it an Americano."
Being in that surreal scene with my young son present was already embarrassing. But the serious thing is the absurdity of the logic used to justify such behavior.
Objective premise:
– The ristretto is less coffee, but I paid for it like a regular one. So, following his distorted logic, I'd say we were already even.
– Furthermore, water is not denied to anyone, not even by law: business owners are obligated to provide it if a customer asks for it.
Once I realized I was facing a person with obvious emotional management issues, I simply walked out.
Despite everything, he continued to insult me and tell me to go to hell as I walked away.
I repeat: all this for "scrounging" a lot of hot water.
And no, I didn't exaggerate one iota.
I usually avoid giving negative reviews because mistakes happen to everyone.
But this isn't about mistakes: it's about people who shouldn't be in contact with the public, because they've already failed as human beings, even before failing as businesses.
12/12/2025: I usually try to highlight at least some positive aspects, but unfortunately I didn't find any this time. The quality of the croissant was truly poor: as you can see in the photo, the cream had completely curdled and was practically inedible. I really hope they can improve in the future.

27/06/2025: Inizialmente ho pensato a un malinteso, da parte di entrambi ma in buona fede e sono cose che possono succedere. Al momento del conto il responsabile di sala ci ha trattate in maniera fredda come se l errore fosse stato solo nostro. Eh no non è così, la spiegazione del menu’ non è stata chiara da parte sua e l equivoco è partito da lì. Ripeto cose che possono succedere ma il suo atteggiamento mi porta a sottolineare il menù poco chiaro e il rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente esagerato!
30/05/2025: Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questo ristorante è stata deludente, principalmente a causa del personale. La maggior parte dei dipendenti non parla inglese e non fa alcuno sforzo per comunicare in modo rispettoso con i clienti stranieri. Abbiamo cercato di spiegare in inglese cosa volevamo, ma siamo stati ignorati o trattati con sarcasmo.
L’atteggiamento generale del personale è scortese, poco professionale e, purtroppo, abbiamo avuto l’impressione di essere stati trattati con superiorità e mancanza di rispetto, forse anche con un atteggiamento razzista. L’attesa per ricevere il nostro ordine è stata molto lunga e nessuno si è preso la briga di parlare con noi o di chiederci se andasse tutto bene.
L’unico aspetto positivo è stato il cibo, che era abbastanza buono – darei un 7/8. Tuttavia, il servizio del personale merita un voto di -0.
Non consiglio questo posto a chi non parla la lingua locale o a chi si aspetta un minimo di rispetto e professionalità da parte dello staff.
