30/03/2025: I'm doing the HACCP course and despite myself I found some anomalies....Dare (there were two on duty) who touches the screen and the money and then prepares the piadina without disinfecting his hands or wearing gloves, black avocado in the piadina, coughs and keeps his mask lowered......and then payment from tablet only with card!

28/04/2025: I had a good time! My mother and I decided to eat here on a Saturday around 1pm. There wasn't much bustle, perhaps because every day of the week EXCEPT Saturday, Roadhouse has a number of tempting offers (on Sunday the woks are cheaper, on Tuesday the children's menu is free...). We ordered the Legendary Roadhouse menu, which includes a main course (we took the Tex Mex) with a side dish (vegetables or chips) and 75 cl water for 18.90 euros In other places, with that price, the appetizers are not included and the water is 50 cl! Sauces and condiments already on the table! All inclusive, all in all, not bad! They served us almost immediately, they brought us nachos with salsa as appetizers, the meat was very tender and tasty while the chips were well cooked. This place has a reputation for being an inferior OWW but honestly, I would go back just to try the woks, which looked great!

18/04/2025: Always eaten well and above all given the new initiative of new vegetarian choice I went back but in addition to only 2/3 aperitifs and the wording at the end of the menu (denied immediately afterwards by the waiter) I was told that I could ask the boss if he could do me a "favor" this time to modify the menu (I repeat the wording at the bottom that it was enough to request a specific hamburger with the vegetarian variant). I got up. I'm not the kind of person who demands vegetarianism everywhere but does research before going to a particular restaurant, but in a chain like that I expected (in addition to the false advertising) at least one dish or at least one salad

19/02/2025: This refreshment point inside the GLOBO shopping center is a guarantee if you want to enjoy an EXCELLENT COFFEE! We stop here every time we come to Busnago to look at the shop windows and relax in peace. We recommend everyone to try. Good coffee 😊

10/02/2025: Very bad experience. I bought the cockerel with truffle. They served me a cockerel with raw parts. As soon as I realized it, I kindly reported the problem to the waitress who initially told me that they would have cooked it more, but then she brought me the meat with the truffle sauce all burnt and incredibly part of the cockerel still raw. Starting from the assumption that they would have had to directly remake the cockerel for me, returning the raw meat to one place and with burnt skin and truffle sauce is truly ridiculous as a situation. I politely point it out again, but this time the waitress gets annoyed and calls the chef, trying to convince me that raw meat isn't a real problem and that it can happen. Very serious being poultry and doing practically only this "restaurant". Unfortunately for them I cook and I know well what it means to serve raw poultry and the associated risks. In the end, after I get nervous, because they create an embarrassing situation in front of other diners and I feel taken for a ride, the chef suggests that I make the rooster again, but by now I was no longer hungry and definitely no longer wanted to stay there. I thank and decline. Dinner was now ruined. If I didn't pay first, I wouldn't pay for the dish at all. So I don't recommend this place. Terrible experience and service.
