15/04/2026: I stopped by for dinner with some friends last week. We hadn't booked but they still found a place for us. They were very kind and super organized. I was very skeptical because of my intolerance but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have several gluten-free options. The young man (I think his name is Simone) was super nice and very knowledgeable.

25/03/2026: I was truly impressed by the quality of this pastry shop. The gelato and brioche are exceptional, everything is fresh and delicious, but the real highlight was the helpfulness of the staff.
I had the pleasure of speaking directly with the pastry chef about a special request: a cake for 16 people based on my original idea. What can I say? He made it exactly how I imagined it, almost by magic! It's rare to find a craftsman capable of turning a dream into reality with such mastery and precision.
Highly recommended, both for a delicious breakfast and for your special occasions.

30/01/2026: After a month of weekly visits every Thursday, I can confirm that this restaurant offers the best sushi in all of Lombardy! The portions are perfect, and surprisingly, we never feel full, which demonstrates their use of high-quality fish. The meat ravioli even surpass those found at Paolo Sarpi in Milan. Therefore, it deserves a full 10/10. The place is welcoming, the staff is professional and courteous, and the manager is always friendly. Above all, the quality of the food is exceptional. Congratulations!

The refined and relaxing atmosphere is perfect for both a dinner with friends and a quiet evening.
The sushi is fresh, beautifully presented, and comes in interesting combinations: you can taste the quality of the ingredients.
Friendly and attentive service, prompt service, and always helpful staff.
Really good value for money.
I'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

14/11/2025: Today I wanted to try eating here for the first time, and now it's become one of my favorite places: the tables out front are very clean and the staff is very friendly. The highlight is obviously the food, finally a valid alternative to the usual, boring fast food. I tried the talking wrap and loved it, just the right amount of spice and flavor. Highly recommended! 🥰

22/03/2026: The quality is good, like all the stores in the chain. The table area could be kept a little cleaner and tidier. Running out of glasses is truly unprofessional, as is serving warm drinks (Coca-Cola). I understand that getting to the end of the day is tiring, but kindness and courtesy towards the customer should NEVER be lacking.

28/02/2026: I ask for a ristretto. Then, as normal as can be, I ask for a drop of hot water to dilute it.
All hell breaks loose: all hell breaks loose.
I was literally verbally assaulted for a couple of inches of water that, according to the man at the bar, I should have paid for because "that would make it an Americano."
Being in that surreal scene with my young son present was already embarrassing. But the serious thing is the absurdity of the logic used to justify such behavior.
Objective premise:
– The ristretto is less coffee, but I paid for it like a regular one. So, following his distorted logic, I'd say we were already even.
– Furthermore, water is not denied to anyone, not even by law: business owners are obligated to provide it if a customer asks for it.
Once I realized I was facing a person with obvious emotional management issues, I simply walked out.
Despite everything, he continued to insult me and tell me to go to hell as I walked away.
I repeat: all this for "scrounging" a lot of hot water.
And no, I didn't exaggerate one iota.
I usually avoid giving negative reviews because mistakes happen to everyone.
But this isn't about mistakes: it's about people who shouldn't be in contact with the public, because they've already failed as human beings, even before failing as businesses.
12/12/2025: I usually try to highlight at least some positive aspects, but unfortunately I didn't find any this time. The quality of the croissant was truly poor: as you can see in the photo, the cream had completely curdled and was practically inedible. I really hope they can improve in the future.

27/06/2025: Inizialmente ho pensato a un malinteso, da parte di entrambi ma in buona fede e sono cose che possono succedere. Al momento del conto il responsabile di sala ci ha trattate in maniera fredda come se l errore fosse stato solo nostro. Eh no non è così, la spiegazione del menu’ non è stata chiara da parte sua e l equivoco è partito da lì. Ripeto cose che possono succedere ma il suo atteggiamento mi porta a sottolineare il menù poco chiaro e il rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente esagerato!
30/05/2025: Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questo ristorante è stata deludente, principalmente a causa del personale. La maggior parte dei dipendenti non parla inglese e non fa alcuno sforzo per comunicare in modo rispettoso con i clienti stranieri. Abbiamo cercato di spiegare in inglese cosa volevamo, ma siamo stati ignorati o trattati con sarcasmo.
L’atteggiamento generale del personale è scortese, poco professionale e, purtroppo, abbiamo avuto l’impressione di essere stati trattati con superiorità e mancanza di rispetto, forse anche con un atteggiamento razzista. L’attesa per ricevere il nostro ordine è stata molto lunga e nessuno si è preso la briga di parlare con noi o di chiederci se andasse tutto bene.
L’unico aspetto positivo è stato il cibo, che era abbastanza buono – darei un 7/8. Tuttavia, il servizio del personale merita un voto di -0.
Non consiglio questo posto a chi non parla la lingua locale o a chi si aspetta un minimo di rispetto e professionalità da parte dello staff.
