09/06/2024: Owner a shocking rude person. Saturday evening, phone always busy for obvious reasons. I'll take it, I'll go there in person. I asked the guy at the checkout if there was a long wait for 3 takeaway pizzas as I was in a hurry, he replied: I'll make them for you right away. The first customer arrives with her husband and, after me, a lady with her daughter. In the meantime I had already ordered and paid. The lady before me - she had ordered on the phone - therefore rightly had priority, the lady after me, exactly like in my case, had tried to call but without success, so she had gone there like me, arriving later. I say: I'll wait outside, so as not to clog up the entrance since I'm with my dog. I'm waiting. All the pizzas come out except mine. I pointed out in a loud tone to the boy at the register, who had told me that it didn't take much and then served people who arrived after me, in a moment the owner comes out of the kitchen, in an arrogant and rude manner, shouting at me that he didn't want to hear controversy and that if something didn't suit me, I could go and get pizza somewhere else. The more I tried to defend myself and explain myself, the more he yelled at me saying that he didn't care about my thoughts or about losing a customer because it doesn't make any difference to him, with his 3 premises, continuing to tell me to leave. I pointed out to him that, having already paid for the pizzas, I wouldn't have left without it, and that it would have been enough to say: "sorry" instead of yelling at me without letting me speak. Never seen a more low-level manager of a pizzeria. I have never had similar treatment. I would recommend a public relations course to the gentleman and I would like to remind him that, if his pizzeria is standing, it is thanks to the customers (!!), the moment one makes a note about their mistake, there you apologize and stop, and you don't shout at a customer, just because she is a woman (!!) who, despite having suffered an injustice, cannot even speak, as such!! The people who were eating there are witnesses to this!!!

10/07/2024: Esco dalle casse dopo un acquisto e, davanti a me, vedo l'immagine di un hot dog: mi viene la voglia; tralascio, ovviamente, le brutte copie vegane, ma subito dopo leggo "hot dog di pollo"; chiedo se hanno un hot dog "normale" e la gentile ragazza al banco mi risponde "sì, di pollo!". Faccio gentilmente presente che l'ho chiesto "normale" e lei, timidamente mi chiede "di maiale?"; "sì ovvio", dico io. Beh, non li hanno, "per rispetto ai mussulmani". Okay, grazie: fate pena oppure avete il personale che non sa parlare la lingua italiana.

25/06/2024: Io, da vegetariana, mi son potuta gustare un hot dog che non aveva niente da invidiare a quello classico. Mio marito, da onnivoro, ha ordinato sia quello di pollo che il hot dog "TaleQuale" per poter fare un confronto e il suo verdetto è che non merita prendere quello di pollo avendo un'alternativa vegetale così vicina a quella di carne come gusto e consistenza. Anche l'altro hot dog vegano sul menù è molto buono, ma senza imitare quelli di carne.
