06/09/2025: The wait times were ridiculous! We waited several minutes to be seated (others preferred to leave since no one came to greet them), 15 minutes to order, 20 minutes for drinks (after a reminder), and 30 minutes for food. The fries never arrived. The meat was decent, although the ribs were a bit burnt. One waiter was working incredibly hard, one of them looking like it was his first day on the job (he hadn't put silverware on the tables and took too long to bring our drinks), and the girl barely did anything. For a restaurant like this, this is unacceptable. I highly recommend going elsewhere; there are plenty of places nearby.
30/08/2025: It used to be one of the best RH restaurants in the province. Today, unfortunately, the standard has fallen well below the minimum acceptable threshold. I return here only out of affection for the location, hoping for a new revival that, I fear, will never come. Only two rookie waiters remain in the dining room, forced to handle an increasingly dissatisfied and complaining clientele. Perhaps the management is simply waiting for robots to take over, so that staff costs will become a thing of the past.
In the meantime, we've been waiting 55 minutes for our orders 😊

12/11/2025: A good place for breakfast. The cappuccino and croissants are very good, and there are a variety of them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is a little noisy during peak hours, but still acceptable.

But THEY SET THE PRICES AS THEY WANT WITHOUT USING A SCALES. AND MORE THAN ONCE, I'VE HAD PEOPLE CORRECT THE LADY CALLING THE PRICES! I'VE BEEN GOING THERE FOR 2 years and I realize that one of those I mentioned above is me too. The tray and the paper weigh 50g, which you pay for as part of the food. I don't recommend it.

31/05/2025: I have never seen such a clean pizzeria, the guys are very attentive, ready to satisfy your needs, the pizza is amazing, the kebab is perhaps the only good one I have ever eaten… I highly recommend it!

The staff was very professional and helpful. It was my first time here and I had a wonderful meal. The dishes were generous but of high quality. Excellent quality and price. I'll gladly return.

11/09/2025: A quick business lunch for two, with prompt, yet courteous service. It's appreciated that cheese and bread were served with the first course.
The first course was a commercially produced tortello, neither inferior nor inglorious. The cream and speck sauce was decent, and the flavor was good; the speck wasn't as crispy as advertised on the menu. The portion was adequate.
Let's get to the bill: €36.60
where €26 for two tortelloni, €2.60 for two coffees, and a quarter of house sparkling wine costing €8. The wine was absolutely out of line; paying €36/liter for a completely anonymous wine worth €2/liter is unacceptable. Remember, this is a business lunch, not a gala dinner.

25/11/2024: Nulla da dire sul punto ristoro che vende hot dog, patatine, fette di pizza etc. al piano terra, poiché tutti i cibi ordinati sono risultati abbastanza buoni e a un prezzo ottimo.
Non posso dire la stessa cosa per il ristorante situato al primo piano, coda chilometrica per poter ordinare, personale lento nel servizio (anche se decisamente gentile) e prezzi a mio avviso troppo alti, soprattutto per alcuni piatti serviti, a discapito di una qualità secondo me un pochino più bassa.
Inoltre dopo aver ordinato le bevande refill non funzionava sia il tasto del succo di mela che quello della bevanda ai frutti, che al posto delle suddette bevande erogava acqua.
Altro appunto riguarda le salse disponibili, che nel punto ristoro al piano terra, sono gratuite e fruibili, mentre al primo piano si devono pagare le bustine (50 cent. l’una) e trovo sia eccessivo.
Nel complesso consiglio di provare l’hot dog e il cinnamon roll, che sono secondo me le scelte migliori se si desidera mangiare qualcosa da Ikea.
08/10/2024: Cibo da mensa insapore e incolore se però consideriamo il prezzo bisogna accontentarsi, le lasagne? Allucinanti……..
