23/03/2025: The first sensation you get when entering Brughiera is… familiarity. Even if it’s your first time. A renovated farmhouse that knows how to maintain comfort and elegance to spend a pleasant evening in a relaxed and extremely professional environment. The basis of the cuisine offered is the Lombard tradition, not to be confused with a banal and predictable proposal. On the contrary: the chef loves to amaze with some successful gambles. An example: risotto alla Milanese, luganega ragù and n'duja, caciocavallo Silano, smoked ricotta and bergamot. We tried the “patanegra” tasting menu. One dish better than the other. Pappa al pomodoro and patanegra, burrata, taggiasca olives and basil caviar: wow. Then chitarra cacio e pepe, patanegra bacon, artichokes, veal stock and crispy bacon: an explosion of flavors. And as a second course, in my opinion, the best: patanegra pork cheek, fried polenta, giarratana onion and black garlic ketchup. Vanilla ice cream, patanegra powder and rosemary oil to close a super promoted menu. Well done.

11/04/2025: Mi dispiace leggere recensioni negative perché noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Avevamo fatto preparare una torta di compleanno per i 30 anni di mio figlio. Già al momento dell’ordine la ragazza è stata gentilissima nell’ascoltare le mie richieste e darmi suggerimenti che alla fine sono stati utilissimi. E’ stata preparata una torta chantilly con gocce di cioccolato all’interno e decorazione con frutti di bosco per 30 persone . Oltre ad essere bellissima, a detta degli invitati era pure buonissima!

If there are a lot of people there is a bit too much shouting that echoes. Possibility to try revisited cocktails without drinking the usual ones. Advise.

If you are passionate about comics, fun games available to customers and a really kind staff with great personality, just like the place, words are not enough to describe the WOW, you have to try it!!!

05/04/2025: Esperienza davvero deludente. Sono stato in questa pizzeria e ho dovuto aspettare un’ora per ricevere la mia pizza. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata la totale mancanza di comunicazione: nessuno ci ha avvisato dei lunghi tempi di attesa e, quando finalmente è arrivata la pizza, non era nemmeno niente di speciale. La qualità della pizza non giustifica affatto l’attesa interminabile. Mi aspettavo un servizio più veloce e una pizza all’altezza del tempo speso. Non tornerò sicuramente

Good food and well served, the staff is courteous and helpful. Normal prices, so a place to keep as a reference for those in the area and even a little further away.
