19/03/2026: Can you give zero stars? I can't give a rating because I couldn't get into the room. No one answered the phone. I waited an hour and then had to find another hotel.
01/03/2026: Single room €65 + €3 tourist tax. Clean and well-maintained. There are no disposable slippers or razors. There's nothing to clean the floor after a shower, so I threw away the towels. And the room has two outlets, one for the TV and the other for an electric fireplace. So you have to choose. I turned off the fireplace to charge my phone. Breakfast consists of fast carbohydrates, cookies, bagels, juice, coffee, Nutella, and jam in small packages. The service is very kind and pleasant, and the girl provides accurate and discreet answers.

20/11/2025: Disappointing. €4 for a coffee and a croissant, broken down as follows: €1.50 for the coffee, while the croissant, dry and skimpy with just a little pistachio cream inside, cost a whopping €2.50.

08/04/2026: If you're thinking of booking here 10 days in advance, forget it right now: you're just wasting your time.
I tried to book a simple after-dinner drink for 18 people well in advance → no availability. No clear explanation, no sensible alternative. I even proposed leaving a deposit to guarantee we'd show up → completely pointless.
But don't worry: they have a solution... Sunday, coincidentally the day the place is empty and therefore they have to fill it somehow.
The craziest thing? This is already the second time the exact same situation has happened. So it's not bad luck, it's just their way of managing reservations.
The place is nice, yes... but only if there are 2 or 3 of you and especially if you go when no one's there. Try organizing something slightly larger and it becomes an impossible feat.
Bottom line:
• 10 days in advance → useless
• Deposit → useless
• Organization → nonexistent
My heartfelt advice: book at least 3 months in advance, maybe that's enough... or just change venues and save yourself the hassle.
As far as I'm concerned: never again. And not recommended for anyone looking to organize a night out without going crazy.

30/12/2025: I'd like to report a cashier, a girl wearing glasses, today, December 30th, at 8:30 a.m., for her disrespectful attitude. I also work at Fiordaliso, so I know how the job works.
I was in line and there were groups of young people in front of me. The cashier started chatting with them and served them herself, even making croissants. This isn't a problem.
The problem is, when my turn came, the girl was on her cell phone chatting. I gave my order twice, but she DIDN'T serve me. She just stood there, at the register, on her phone. Rude behavior.
Luckily, a guy from the kitchen came out and asked me if I needed anything, and I explained that I had already paid and ordered, but the girl hadn't served me. Plus, she gave me a dirty look. I usually always meet the gentlemen on the staff, who are kind and very accommodating. Except for her, who was totally unpleasant.
I ask you to conduct more thorough checks on your staff, especially this individual. I'm sorry, but this behavior is totally UNACCEPTABLE.
18/11/2025: Terrible service... staff minding their own business and people waiting at the register to pay. Then he brings my glasses to the table,
slamming them almost as if he were doing me a favor... embarrassing.

02/01/2026: Standing at the restaurant entrance, with annoyed staff walking past without even a nod.
I was struck by a young woman who today, January 2, 2025, at 7:55 PM, was blowing her nose in the middle of the room, looking at us without showing any attention to the customer. When we approached her to ask for a table, her curt response was, "You have to wait there." Needless to say, we left. Working with the public isn't mandatory; factories exist.
20/12/2025: Never again, the manager who also works at the cash register, rude, I went to her to call her back about what she heard my daughter say to her, she remained silent and didn't even say sorry.

04/08/2025: Veramente un disastro! Hamburger duro come un suola di scarpa, ribeye chiesta con cottura al sangue e arrivata invece stracotta oltre che del tutto insapore. Dalla cucina uscivano urla con parolacce varie. Un’esperienza che sembrava tratta da “cucine da incubo” senza però lieto fine. Statene lontani se potete

12/04/2025: Abbiamo prenotato per passare una cena in compagnia di amici. L'accoglienza ottima. I camerieri in partcolare Fabrizio è stato super gentile e simpatico. Il servizio abbastanza veloce. Ma nessun problema su questo... quando si passa una serata in compagnia e ti stai divertendo anche l'attesa viene colmata dalla risate. Gli antipasti napoletani ottimi cosi come la pizza con il cornicione ripieno super. Consiglio questo locale.
