11/12/2025: I've been to Nero Caffè and my overall experience was disappointing. Perhaps I just had a bad day, which is why I'll be back. I found the service mediocre and poorly organized, although the waitresses were kind and helpful. The wait times were longer than expected, and the staff seemed uncoordinated and confused. However, I must acknowledge some positive aspects: the croissants are freshly filled with whatever you want, which I really appreciated, and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is pleasant, although a bit chaotic, especially during peak hours.

13/05/2026: A truly disappointing experience!! We sat down for an aperitif, ordering spritzes, and were immediately informed that they had run out of ice because "the ice machine had exploded." It happens, no problem. I then asked if they had considered buying ice from a nearby supermarket, since they serve aperitifs and cocktails. The manager replied that at 7:45 PM, "there was nothing open in the area that sold ice." The first thing that wasn't very correct. I checked Google Maps and discovered that a Carrefour Express was open about 40 meters from the restaurant. At that point, I personally went to buy 1 kg of ice and brought it to the bar, explicitly requesting that it be used exclusively for our table, also specifying that other people would be joining us shortly after. We ordered three spritzes, a platter, and slices of pizza. After our friends arrived, we decided to have a second round of cocktails, but were told that the ice was already gone. The proposed solution? Reusing the ice left in our glasses to make the next cocktails. When I point out that it's hard to believe that 1 kg of ice disappeared for just three cocktails, I'm met with annoyance and almost accusation. In the end, we continue the evening anyway: some of us order more cocktails using the same glasses with the remaining ice, others opt for beer. When we get to the cashier, on a total bill of €96, we're given a €12 "discount," probably because they realized how poorly the situation was handled. The most disappointing thing wasn't the lack of ice, but the attitude. We even tried to accommodate them by buying ice ourselves just to stay in the bar. A nice, joking atmosphere had also developed with the waiters, but everything was ruined by opaque management and a purely opportunistic approach to the customer. We left feeling like we'd been mocked and mismanaged. We're unlikely to return...

11/01/2026: I've been to the New Garden Bar in Arese several times, and overall, it's a place worth visiting for both breakfast and a light lunch. The place has a simple, refined atmosphere, with a few tables outside, perfect for nice weather, when you're passing through, or just want to take a break from the nearby park.

19/01/2026: The brioches, with their many fillings, including unusual ones, and the cappuccinos/coffees are excellent. However, they need a restroom, which the café across the street does have. The prices are high, you have to serve yourself at the tables, and the cashier isn't very friendly.

22/05/2025: I don't like this pizzeria. The ingredients aren't good, the waiters aren't attentive at all, the pizza was burnt, and the glass was broken. That's all the waitress did (just change the glass). I had already poured Coke into the glass, and she took it away with the entire drink already poured. No apology, no problem, and the Coke was already half empty... Shameful The spaghetti with meat sauce was bland and the pasta was too soft... The bathroom was dirty, with no toilet paper.

18/05/2025: Maybe it was the late hour or the fact that they were closing, but the service wasn't the best. The pizza wasn't bad, but the pizza rounds offered to speed up service weren't very successful. Many of us had to settle for nothing, ugh!

02/05/2026: This is simply robbery! We received a large coffee when we asked for a small one. A large bottle of water when we asked for a small one. The waiters don't understand what we're saying. And the prices are exorbitant. Two coffees, a Coke, and water: 25 euros. No apology for the mistakes, no discount. Shameful!

18/11/2025: Closed on Mondays. Good aperitif. Buffet every day. Real DOCG Prosecco, not Glera (for connoisseurs), extra dry and Brut. Excellent knowledge of the wineries. Fresh food, from fries to appetizers, pizzas, etc., all at the right price. Very nice 90s decor. Located in front of the station, very nice. TV, music, and Sky sports. Increased aperitif on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Discounted prices for students. Very knowledgeable and friendly Chinese management, really good. Slot machines available. Good croissants, average. Outdoor seating even in winter.

Limited lunch menu selection; for the meat menu, we only found pasta with tomato sauce as a first course. We opted for a salami, chips, and cola for €13. A bit pricey.
