12/08/2024: I went in and I already wanted to leave, the owner is a frustrated guy who enjoys making sexist comments and mocking his own customers, the waiters ditto, the food sucks, probably if I go to the landfill I'll eat better, the prices are outrageous considering they serve watered down drinks for 13 euros, shame on you scammers. I highly recommend everyone not to go there

11/08/2024: I was in this place on June 8th. we were 5 people and we ordered platters. In addition to the fact that they arrived after more than an hour, the contents were of such poor quality that I wouldn't even give them to my dog. There was such a smell of piss in the bathrooms that we almost fainted. Rude and inattentive staff. The owner is unwelcoming and disarmingly rude. I strongly advise against it unless you want to get dysentery!!!

01/08/2024: Hotel Gloria Rho Milan 2 nightmarish nights, cost 185.00, only 1 towel each, you use it to dry all parts of the body for 2 days, air conditioning for a fee, no breakfast and it smells like vomit, you are uncivilized you don't deserve to stay in Italy

26/07/2024: We stayed here one night as we were in transit to Germany. So we booed the hotel last minute. We arrived at the location around 5-6 pm after ringing the buzzer 4 times we decided to call the hotel only then we got a response and someone opened the door for us. There was a weird smell in the hallway so I requested to see the room first before making any payments. After we payed for the room we were told there’s 10 euros charge for air conditioning (not functioning properly by the way we put it on 16 degrees and we barely felt any difference after 4 hrs) this was no where on the website we used to book this place. And after being in Italy for over 10 days this is the only place we stayed in and asked to charge for this so it’s an interesting thing to me that none of the other hotels had this The room was relatively clean they don’t bother so much with dust or cleaning the floor properly but the bed was nice and clean and quite comfortable pillows are a bit too puffy and hard but some people like this I requested an extra towel as they had provided only one big towel per person and I was told it says in the booking only one towel and they said this about the air conditioning but this was not specified. The receptionist came to tell us to only use one bed because we had booked a double room but they only had the room with one double bed and a single in it ( booking states we booked the room not the bed ) 2,5 hrs after we check in I had received an email where they say about the 10 euros charge for the air conditioning and mind you it’s July and super hot outside in the room there were 31 degrees when we arrived. The receptionist spoke little English and little Italian . A bit difficult to have a conversation if you ask me. I read some other comments here and noticed the owner replying with the same sort of English so I believe they don’t really care about the costumers. We were asked to keep quiet between 11 pm and 8 am … there were some people somewhere in the hotel chatting around 7 am so they woke us up I believe this is because of the way the building is build feels like it’s made of cardboard it’s also a busy area and very noisy. It is convenient to stay here if in transit and there’s a train station close by. Not really suitable if you have children with you. Or want a quiet place. They also don’t have parking but you can park in the comercial centre around the corner. This was not my favorite hotel We payed 69 euros in total for the night it was a room with one double bed and one single bed and there was only 2 of us not 3 like the owner says in the reply I think maybe he is confused and did not see right
