05/11/2025: This evening we wanted a beer before dinner, and we ordered two beers, both very good, with a wide selection! With the two beers, we enjoyed some fries, nice and hot and crispy. Intrigued by the burgers served at the next table, we decided to have a burger and a focaccia, which were very well cooked and excellent quality. What can I say... what a great discovery, Doktor Maltz!!! We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
19/09/2025: I've lived in Rescaldina for many years, but in recent weeks, Doktor Malz has become my weekly "refreshment spot."
Wednesdays have become my regular stop at the bar: Franco is someone who has made history here, and maybe it's the atmosphere, maybe it's the friends I've met at the bar, maybe it's the food and beer that are exceptional—honest and authentic, no frills—but every now and then, an evening like this is truly refreshing.
What can I say... just writing about it makes me wish it were Wednesday already!

14/01/2026: The pizza is good, but unfortunately the service is poor! As soon as we arrived, we were served immediately, with limited toppings on the pizzas. Afterwards, we had a long wait, which was reported to the waiters. We waited 20 minutes between slices.

27/12/2025: The Partisan's House! A club like this in your own town/city should be a right for every citizen. The cuisine here is authentic, and the dishes are sincere and well-cooked...the portions are enormous! I've been eating there once a month for about a year and have always left happy and satisfied. At lunchtime, there's always a choice of at least three first courses and three second courses. Side dishes and desserts are always available. The quality/price ratio is truly competitive. But what makes this place unique is the kindness and hospitality of the owners. I will continue to return whenever I have the chance.

12/11/2025: I can only comment on the service, which was terrible, since the pizzas I ordered for home delivery never arrived. When I tried to call, half an hour after the scheduled delivery time, the person I spoke to was rude.
28/10/2025: Excellent pizza made by those who know what they are made of. Almost 50 years of experience, prepared with excellent fresh and refined products. More than good price. I recommend it. Try it.

The music is a bit loud.
And there are often children playing there.
One thing is certain: the menu is very substantial.
21/09/2025: Today I had a bad experience. I went because it was recommended to me, it was my first time.
I ordered a trio asu mare, consisting of chicken rice, ceviche, and papa a la huancaina.
The ceviche was too garlicky.
The reheated chicken rice, I think it was from the day before, had burnt parts. The chicken breast was part of the breast with wing, but it was grilled chicken. I forgot to take a picture. 🤦♀️ I wanted to complain, but the person who went with me is Italian and didn't want me to make any kind of complaint or raise any problems. He told me it was the first and last time, and we won't be back. That's the only reason I didn't say anything.
But I can tell you about it through this medium. If anyone dares, be alert. When your plate arrives at the table, you pay for good food and food from the day, not reheated.
