17/01/2026: After a while of not eating at this restaurant, which I've always enjoyed, I returned for lunch today. The waiters were distracted and rude. I asked for sparkling water and was brought still water. I mentioned it to the waiter, who told me that's what I ordered. Obviously, the order was verbal... I asked for wasabi and ginger four times, but they never arrived. The "cold" food had actually just been taken out of the refrigerator, so it wasn't room temperature, but rather an unacceptable temperature. The hot dishes arrived at room temperature. I didn't appreciate it. Terrible. I forgot. The noise in the room is deafening.

17/01/2026: I'll start by saying that the food itself is particularly good. The service on Saturday night was really chaotic and particularly slow; it took us three hours to receive everything we'd ordered, and we asked for it more than once. I'd definitely return, but during the week.

23/12/2025: I placed a phone order hoping for a pleasant dinner at home, but the experience was, unfortunately, disappointing in every way. The €9.50 price tag for a Margherita with olives seemed excessive to me, a price that became unjustifiable when, upon opening the box, I found literally four or five olives scattered carelessly across the surface. However, the real problem wasn't even the quantity, but rather the poor technical execution. The dough was rubbery to chew, with a lingering and unpleasant burnt aftertaste that overpowered every other flavor. To make matters worse, the ingredients were handled in a truly sloppy manner: the mozzarella came in large, clumped blocks that showed no signs of stringing, all sadly immersed in an excessively thin sauce. It's disheartening to spend that kind of money on such a low-quality product, prepared with no care or attention to the customer. In hindsight, I would have much more happily had dinner with a simple yogurt from my refrigerator: I would have saved money and avoided a decidedly forgettable dinner.

01/01/2026: Excellent for work or family due to its strategic location. The industrial area isn't very beautiful, but it's tidy.

03/12/2025: First and foremost I would like to praise the personnel, all friendly and polite from reception to breakfast. The room was spacious, with ample workspace, the bathroom also spacious with a good shower. Breakfast leaves room for improvement---variety as well as the quality of some item (such as fruit) is the bare minimum expected in a hotel of this category. Complimentary items in the room are a bit stingy. No gym. On the other hand, the price was very reasonable, again considering the category. Thus, "tout se tient".

13/02/2025: Family dinners to spend time together, and El Calderin Restaurant is always a safe bet. The table near the fireplace is perfect for a cold, rainy evening. The menu is interesting, with excellent options, especially seafood. As always, great! See you next time!

18/11/2025: Historic bar located right next to the Tilane Library. Well-maintained, it offers both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a few tables outside. Perfect for breakfast and aperitifs. Special spritz offer on Thursdays. Highly recommended!

10/10/2025: One of the best pizzas ever. They also make whole wheat dough. I recommend it to everyone! My favorite is the onion and gorgonzola Margherita. The dessert pizza is also good.

01/12/2025: It feels a bit like a classic small-town pizzeria, family-friendly and welcoming. I've stopped here several times for lunch and the food was delicious. The ingredients seemed fresh and authentic, and I had no trouble digesting them, even though I ordered a somewhat heavy meal. 😁 The focaccia dough is light and not too heavy, according to someone who suffers from acid reflux. 😁

16/10/2025: I went for a family dinner and it was recommended. I was amazed that such a small, well-maintained place goes above and beyond for its customers. The staff is professional and takes care of every request. The quality of the food is excellent and I have nothing to complain about, only compliments. I will gladly return because I had a great time and we had a very pleasant evening. Thank you for everything.
