03/12/2024: I had dinner at the Il Cavaliere restaurant with a couple of historic friends on a mid-week evening. The restaurant is located on the outskirts of Palazzolo and has a fairly large car park. It is a high level restaurant, prices are not low but more than justified by the quality of the food. I ate an appetizer of artichokes and prawns and as a second course I had a sliced ​​steak with a side of fried artichokes. My friends, on the other hand, tasted one of the best risottos and porcini mushrooms of my life. The desserts are also good. Definitely a restaurant suitable for making a good impression on important occasions.

19/11/2024: Pasticceria salvavita essendo una delle poche (se non l'unica in zona) ad essere aperta di Lunedì. Negli anni mi sono rifornita diverse volte, e le persone che hanno assaggiato i loro prodotti sono sempre rimaste contente, quindi il cibo non posso che votarlo 5 stelle su 5. La consistenza, soprattutto, è degna di nota: sia le torte che i pasticcini sono "importanti" (inteso come ben carichi di ripieno) e gustosi, mantenendo un'ottima qualità anche il giorno dopo. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, sono sempre stata trattata con cortesia, e apprezzo anche la maniera un po' spartana con cui sono avvenute le nostre interazioni. Tornerò senz'altro, arrivederci! PS: le torte sono veramente tanto buone!

Se vogliamo proprio l eccellenza una nota da migliorabile il Servizio. La ragazza molto carina e disponibile ma, Ad esempio, un antipasto per due, mancavano 2 piattini per dividere la porzione, ci siamo trovati a mangiare nel piatto segnaposto, che senza aver terminato c'è anche stato portato via.
