06/02/2025: I've known them since they were the Ice Age ice cream shop. Without a shadow of a doubt it is the best bar in all of Melzo when it comes to breakfasts. The croissants are the best at Martesana, they are prepared fresh and filled in the same way, finally a service worthy of the name!

02/01/2025: The Osteria dell'11 is a true jewel for lovers of home-made cuisine. As soon as you cross the threshold, you are greeted by a warm and welcoming environment, characterized by a retro touch that makes the atmosphere even more fascinating.
The staff is not only friendly, but also extremely professional, always ready to recommend the dish of the day or tell the story of the specialties on the menu. The friendliness with which customers are served creates a family atmosphere that makes every visit a pleasant experience.

The restaurant has a first room with a counter and a few tables in an environment with soft lighting, before moving on to another smaller, much more illuminated room. The highlight of the place is Frank: kind, charismatic, friendly and easy-going. He doesn't bring us the menu but asks us what to drink, preparing cocktails that were changed (for me) if they weren't to my liking. We continued with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, a sliced steak with chips, complimented by a piece of pizza and a plate of angry pasta, Nutella piadina and candies in a jar (all for €23 per person). The evening continued in tranquility and laughter.
We will make it an obligatory stop

The staff has always been friendly, but the leap in quality of the food over the past few months has been truly remarkable.
Bathrooms to be fixed, but otherwise they are working very well.
19/01/2025: If this is the case, it's better to look elsewhere. Embarrassing service. The waiters who walk back and forth aimlessly and finishing badly what little they manage to finish. Orders taken at random from the various tables without respecting the order in which customers arrived. ...forget it

05/02/2025: There are no moles for a place like Goga.
Initially it was used as a bar, then over time it became a place where you could also have an aperitif.
The sales assistants are very good, the food served is absolutely excellent, the intimate and vintage environment makes this place unique.
However, they also serve breakfasts and have a cafeteria.
It's that place where you happen to happen by chance and everything works perfectly.
21/12/2024: Great place! Nice location, very professional and courteous staff. Rich and abundant dishes, very well plated with an excellent taste, the risottos are out of this world. Excellent quality/price. I will go back again and recommend it!

22/01/2025: Very rude place and the lady is very hasty as if she doesn't mind if you ask her something.. the guy reminds me a bit of the Fantozzi baker but for what he does he fits the bill.. the pizza is good I usually take a pan because it is very tall and enough for four people. I recommend the prices a little high
16/12/2024: They are fast and well organized. You call and book for the precise time you will go to get the pizzas. Competitive prices. However, the space is small and a maximum of a couple of people can sit. The pizzas are not exactly the DOC ones but they are liked by the average Milanese customer who has deservedly lived and prospered since 1995.

21/12/2024: Self very popular and with very good quality/price ratio. In addition to the classic choice between 3 first courses/3 side dishes/3 second courses, it is possible to enjoy excellent fish and meat dishes, hamburger sandwiches, fruit salads and cakes or trio dishes. Large environment with several tables to sit at. Hot, tasty meals at an affordable price. Very good coffee. I recommend it!

02/02/2025: San Giorgio pizza by the slice is addictive! The best in the area without a doubt! Very soft, high, light but with a crunchy edge. Huge choice and very good ingredients. Yesterday I tried the Greca with olives and feta, really good, and also the Ginevra, again by the slice, very delicious. The prices are unbeatable as far as I'm concerned, both for consumption in the small adjacent room and for takeaway. The owner is always very kind: yesterday, for example, two friends with their one-year-old daughter ordered a small pizza for her, which was completely free. It's a shame that it's difficult to find parking in the area (for those reading this review, try the car park at the end of Via Monte Rosa, around number 38)

29/12/2024: It could all be a little better but it seems that the managers are just passing through, they do their job to a minimum but don't allow more, the dishes are not bad, the fried cod on Fridays also sells like hot cakes for takeaway but if you expect smiles and welcome among friends you are in the wrong place
15/12/2024: Nice atmosphere, on a family basis with genuine cuisine and typical local dishes. As a Venetian, I ate cassola and I must say that it is the best I have ever tasted in the area. I go to Milan every year between November and December, just when this dish is available in restaurants. In any case, it is a trattoria that presents all its dishes with care and dedication. If you love unsophisticated cuisine and are passing through Melzo, book because it's really worth it.

24/12/2024: I wanted to give 2 stars because the table was dirty, the place was cold and the aperitif was poor, but then I rediscovered the availability and kindness of the two bartenders, who fulfilled any request, in particular Luna, super nice and very good at making people feel at ease. the people, the spritz is excellent and nice, a nice welcoming environment with music and a chat at the end which never hurts. Fair price.
