28/07/2024: It's a shame that I live far away, if it were close to home it would become my second home. The dishes are excellent and plentiful and the host is very nice... the only "flaw": the bitterness of the dish is not watered down with ice 🤣. Truly recommended place

28/07/2024: Brought to me a year ago by friends, I absolutely wanted to go back with my boyfriend even though I live 1 hour away. Informal environment, tavern where you go and rely on the sociable and slightly eccentric host as we like 😂 generous platter, cut X2 so that 4 can eat, cooked very well. Good wine. Good price. Everything excellent. If we lived closer we would always be there. Go there!

21/08/2024: The waitresses were good, almost everything else was bad... The waiter started answering the cell while taking the order, mushrooms on the square tinned and not good, the first poor and without seasoning, the second (baked tuna) of low quality and half burnt... Infinite times ( almost 2 hours to have lunch...), but there are positive notes: the waitresses are professional, the place is nice and the pizza was really good (mushrooms aside). I'm not telling you not to go, but to go and eat pizza.

13/12/2024: Aside from the fairly good food, the staff just don't want to work. When they came to collect the dishes, not seeing the fork on the plate (it was present), they blamed us for having pocketed it. When we ask for the dessert list, the waitress snorts and mumbles something. The place can fit but we need a bit of desire!

03/11/2024: Terrible pizza, especially the dough still with the flour served, in fact on a public holiday in the evening the room was all to ourselves. I see it more as a bar (the video poker machines at the entrance also indicate this). On a €250 pizza, rounds of aperitifs, 5 rounds of bitters, I'm not saying a lot but a little something could have been offered.

14/08/2024: We returned to Melzo after 10 years and had lunch where we usually went; We were extremely pleased to realize that nothing had changed, they were still in the dining room and in the kitchen, very kind, generous portions and of excellent quality, truly compliments!! We will definitely return when we are passing through Melzo, recommended.

06/07/2024: We stopped for lunch. They didn't bring us a verbal menu, only two first courses and two second courses like a business lunch. Final surprise 85 euros for a first course, 3 second courses and 3 desserts plus 4 drinks. To be avoided

22/06/2024: Absolutely normal food, incredibly high and exaggerated prices. I come to Melzo for work once in a while and attracted by the fact that it is a tavern I thought I would find home-made cuisine at reasonable prices, once I sat down and looked at the menu I was unpleasantly surprised but by then it was too late to leave! First course, second course with side dish, water and coffee...€50!

15/06/2024: In the center of Melzo, nice place, good food and very kind people. I like!

02/06/2024: The place perhaps needs to be modernized a bit, but the service and food overshadow the location. As soon as we arrived they offered us a glass of prosecco and some bread with various sauces. Then we ordered lamb and chicken, which were not too spicy, seasoned just right. All accompanied by basmati rice and two different types of Naan, both delicious. The price is excellent, we left very full, there wasn't even room for dessert; we will definitely return.

13/08/2024: Very nice place, good sushi, the problem is the service, the dishes arrived before the drinks. 20 minutes pass, still nothing I ask the waitress for a drink and still nothing, needless to say that the drinks arrived later, another negative note the staff passes by sees the empty plates on the table and does not take them away, I had to politely ask if the empty plates, they were taken away because the table was small, so it wasn't very convenient to have all the dishes on the table, Overall do I recommend it? Yes! For the quality of the food, because it is good, you can also order the dishes as many times as you want, like the salmon tartare you can order it up to 5 times, which is not common in other sushi. The only thing, really train the staff, if customers have needs I wonder what it costs to ask, also because if they themselves look and then turn the other way, they make the desire go away and ruin the dinner.

03/08/2024: Known thanks to friends who go regularly, because it is very convenient for those who go to the cinema and want to eat first. The place is very pleasant, waitress and owner very nice and smiling. The pizza arrives quickly and is really good both for the dough and the cooking (they have a wood oven). At the end they also offer you a liqueur. Low prices, therefore very high quality/price ratio. Advised.
