22/09/2025: I went in with my boyfriend to ask for a plastic spoon. There was no one behind the counter. After waving, a blonde lady showed up and asked us meanly what we needed. After making the request, she responded with an arrogant and annoyed tone, saying no, making us feel guilty about our request. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and the staff was rude.
The place was kept tidy, but it's a shame about the blonde lady. I would have gladly returned, but she lost two customers after this. Not recommended! I don't think she would have lost money over a plastic spoon, but she definitely will if she continues to act this way.

20/10/2025: Alas, I have to give a lower rating this time....I asked for a cappuccino with soy milk and one with regular milk, and they received two with regular milk. The chocolate croissants were almost reheated.
The 5-star rating is getting out of hand, and I suggest not letting your boss near the cafeteria area because it only creates confusion.
20/10/2025: Point of sale similar to the others in the chain. Includes mc drive and outdoor seating. The parking, shared with other shops, is often insufficient, although there are some covered spaces in the basement that few use.

08/04/2025: Excellent bar in the center of Legnano, excellent coffee and pastries. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
25/03/2025: We stopped by on a Saturday at 7:00 PM for a quick aperitivo: they took our word for it and were quick with the order and service.
The appetizers are plentiful; if you're planning on dinner later, be careful. If you're looking for an aperitivo, two rounds are enough and you'll be satisfied.
The spritz was good, generous but not over the top.

14/10/2025: Classy place, I personally haven't tried the food yet, but I recommend the drinks. For a classy and elegant evening, it's the right place. Impeccable service, prices are higher than usual but appropriate for the setting.

29/06/2025: terrible, I will never go back, the staff ignores their customers. I waited 1 hour to order a drink and I didn't even get it. The waiters looked me in the eye and left. I noticed that my discontent was widespread because the table behind me was swearing at the waiters. Add staff, and even more competent. The whole place is a mockery for those who would like to enjoy a drink in company with their friends after a long work week. absurd.
18/04/2025: Disappointing experience.
Last night I had booked a table for me and my friends for an aperitif and to stay during the evening at the disco. However, shortly before the start of the evening, a waiter came to tell us to get up because he had to seat some girls - evidently his friends - right at our table. When I asked for explanations, he replied in an annoyed manner that the table was reserved only for the aperitif, something that had not been specified to me at the time of booking. The absurd thing is that only we were asked to leave, while other tables occupied by people in the same situation as us remained calmly in their places. Truly unprofessional and incorrect behavior.

09/09/2025: Original cuisine, with more than a touch of the exotic, but without overdoing it. A place where you can eat something a little different from the usual. Affordable business lunch menu. Outdoor seating available.
05/09/2025: A coffee: €2. I've said it all!
Perhaps he thinks he's in Milan's San Babila district, in the historic café.
Not to mention how he treats the staff...the trattoria across the street is better:
porcini risotto and family area.

25/07/2025: Unfriendly and then absurd owner in Legnano if you want to have breakfast with a brioche that doesn't burn your tongue NOT BEFORE 8.20 unless the only awake and available guy is on duty

19/09/2025: Today I asked for the granita with cream in a glass and not in a cup, and the counter staff couldn't accommodate me. A plastic cup would have sufficed.
...more to say...the counter staff was distracted and staring into space...

01/10/2025: Biblical times. 40 minutes of waiting with 3 people in front of them. They didn't have at least 3 ingredients. The bacon was thickly sliced with the rind still attached. Compared to the other restaurants at the same chain, it was really awful.
24/07/2025: Unacceptable. You arrive and find filthy windows, not washed for 20 years, with residue from the last 20 years of tape. The place looks shabby, dirty, with marks on the walls and an unclean bathroom. Surprise: there's only one person working inside (I don't think it's legal, so I'll report it) who works like a 4-person job. She's very kind, polite, and quick at making piadinas. BUT HOW DOES SHE DO EVERYTHING BY HERSELF? Cashier, delivery, bringing piadinas to the table, responding to customer requests, etc. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

25/05/2025: Mi aspettavo un servizio migliore da questo locale date le recensioni, il locale era mezzo vuoto quando siamo arrivati e nonostante ciò sono stati capaci di servirci con mezz’ora di ritardo , vedevamo la gente che arrivava dopo di noi e veniva servita con regolalaritá , la qualità del cibo è buona ma questi episodi li reputo fastidiosi, considerando che ha il prezzo leggermente più alto rispetto alla media ( 36 bevande escluse)
30/04/2025: Sono stata ieri sera per il mio anniversario, perché conoscevo il posto da tantissimi anni e mi ha veramente deluso: quando sono arrivati i primi piatti volevo già alzarmi e andarmene. A prescindere che non amo la formula all you can eat, e in passato non lo era, comunque i piatti avevano una parvenza di somiglianza con quelli del menu: da ieri invece ho scoperto che hanno introdotto il tablet e che i piatti sono veramente totalmente diversi da come sono rappresentati e anche di qualità pessima. Non tornerò mai più.

13/06/2025: I went into the Capitani bar, my friend asked for two drinks to go. I didn't speak but they asked me for my ID anyway, so they denied me a drink that I hadn't directly asked for, proceeding to moralize about the fact that I should always carry my ID around. Despite the inappropriate comments about my supposed age, (after saying that I was 20 years old he started laughing and joking with his friends in the bar).
despite this the bartender ignored me several times, preferring chatting with friends to service and communication with the customer, immediately jumping to hasty conclusions without leaving room for my words, I think that the customer experience is important and in this case I felt ignored and even a little mocked.
I understand the reason for the request for the document to prove the majority but I think that the way in which it was done was inappropriate, not to mention that in the end I left the place with the drink in my hand, thus not understanding the reason for such strictness if in the end you gave a drink to a person without having asked for the document, terrible relationship with the customer with an atmosphere of annoying and presumptuous superiority, I don't think I'll go back there again.
