07/08/2026: I think there was little to no fresh fish; in any case, too many appetizers and not of the highest quality. The two first courses were monotonous and overall not good. The scampi were flaccid, disappointing and flavorless. The pineapple carpaccio topped with a very sweet berry sauce, as was the ice cream, which was cloying. The wine from Ca' dei Frati was good.

12/07/2026: Seafood tasting menu. €45 per person includes a selection of hot and cold appetizers (delicious creamed cod!), two first courses, sorbet, grilled vegetables, dessert, coffee, water, and wine. Everything was delicious, plentiful, and served with kindness and on time. We'll be back.

02/01/2026: I stayed at this hotel only on the night of December 31, 2025 (without dinner). The welcome was excellent, the rooms were well-appointed and well-equipped. The breakfast was plentiful and made with wholesome ingredients. Parking was available on site. The hotel is located about 10 km from Lake Garda. In Solferino, you can visit the ossuary, etc. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The warm welcome, the attentive service, and the honest, traditional cuisine create an atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. The fact that the prices remain surprisingly low makes the experience perfect. 05/07/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars because there aren't any more... I celebrated my son's 18th birthday here. It's a welcoming, family-friendly place with excellent pizzas. The owners are incredibly kind and willing to accommodate any needs, and they treat customers with food intolerances with special consideration. The staff is attentive and professional. A special thanks to Aurora for her tremendous help and support both before and during the evening...you are truly wonderful. Thank you all, you made this birthday even more special. Highly recommended pizzeria.

21/02/2026: A deeply disappointing experience, especially for the way it was handled. When I made my reservation, I called the restaurant: the owner hung up by mistake (he then called me back immediately, explaining he'd pressed the wrong button). During that second call, I asked for a table for one person and clearly specified that I would be bringing my dog. This isn't something I neglect. I work with dogs, I know the dynamics perfectly, and out of respect, I would never show up without notifying them. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told: "You didn't tell me you had a dog." No. I said it. And clearly. If there was an internal error in managing the reservation, the customer shouldn't have to suffer the consequences once they arrive. I absolutely accept that a restaurant can choose not to accept dogs. It's a right. But it must be communicated in advance, not when the person is already there in front of you. In 2026, it's sobering to see such prejudiced attitudes still persist, especially when it comes to a highly trained dog, accustomed to working with elementary school children, involved in educational activities and projects at foster homes where we teach children how to properly interact with dogs. I'll leave you with two testimonies of the infamous Dobberman rejected in his work environment. The problem isn't the rule. It's the manner, the management, and the lack of respect.

11/11/2025: Renè is a guarantee! We've eaten there several times, but the last time was for my grandparents' wedding anniversary. Very hospitable, and the food was delicious, as always.
