09/06/2026: Stunning venue with a spectacular summer garden

01/06/2026: This place has had positive reviews due to its previous management. I've now put it behind me with today's latest mishap. Before, they always made mistakes (the cocoa wasn't there, the brioche was a different flavor, and the juice was the wrong one), but I could move on. Today, the situation has become unbearable. We're talking about Monday, June 1st: a day before a holiday, when many people are on vacation or at home for a long weekend. A proper business keeps this in mind. We arrive at 9:30, and I personally crave a savory breakfast because it's been advertised on their social media channels in the past. I can already sense, as soon as we arrive, that the brioches are gone, sold out, nada, nisba. Wow, a long weekend before a holiday? There must have been an endless line until just now! When we arrived, I asked if they did this blessed savory breakfast, and they said yes, but that for a better choice, they would give me the QR code so I could choose from the menu. Perfect, I think if there was a menu too, the choice would be wide: instead, there are three options, already selected, practically all similar with a few variations (I've attached a photo). It's fine anyway, I chose the American Break. After 5 minutes, the waitress comes back and tells me that the kitchen is distracted and forgetful and that they don't have eggs. You read that right, eggs are missing, something you should have regardless if you also make lunches, but you should always have a small supply with you, because in the worst case scenario, you'll have to use them privately if they're close to expiring. I resign myself, they tell me they have a chocolate swirl. Fine, cappuccino with a chocolate swirl so be it. My order arrives, two different choices because I'm told, "The swirl isn't chocolate but cinnamon, this braid is chocolate." Okay, OK, let's take the braid, I don't like cinnamon. We can finally have breakfast: the braided pastry is something that's either been there for two days or has been heated to such a high temperature that it's become a dry stone. No complaints about the cappuccino; it's a cappuccino, at least. 8 euros and 70 cents for two cappuccinos and two "pastry brioches." Now, why is the cappuccino 1.70 euros if the menu says €1.50? Who's kidding themselves by calling that ignoble braided pastry a "pastry brioche"? Why is a blueberry juice 4 euros if it says €3.50? I know some of the answers (because the menu links to the old management's website), but the law is clear: you should pay the advertised price. Let's leave aside the quality. It's clear that this place now survives on aperitifs (expensive as hell) and the good fortune of having good, convenient parking.

28/12/2025: We came from far away to Calco Turkish Kebab. Three of us ordered a mixed grill to share. A large platter with several dishes was presented. Everything was delicious, the meat was spiced and cooked very well. I really enjoyed this place and I think I'll definitely be back.

17/05/2026: An unforgettable experience. Impeccable hospitality and service, excellent cuisine. I recommend the braised cheek. Well done, well done, well done!

10/05/2026: A refined atmosphere and an excellent wine cellar, but the service lacks precision. The restaurant impresses with its welcoming atmosphere and fine wine selection. However, the dining experience reveals technical and management shortcomings: a service incident involving sauce contamination on a seafood dish was not resolved by replacing the dish. The pastry department also appears to be lacking, with uncertainties regarding serving temperatures and textures that could be improved. A place with clear potential, but one that requires greater precision and more attentive guest service to achieve excellence.

01/04/2026: A welcoming, tidy place, I recommend it if you're a pescetarian, like me. The price/quality ratio is well-balanced. There's so much variety on the menu for different dietary needs (vegetarian, pescetarian, omnivores, etc.), and even though I made a reservation, the wait wasn't long (12 minutes).

30/03/2026: There were 4 of us. We ordered 2 starters, 1 grilled meat, half a grilled fish, 2 grilled sea breams, but they brought us half a sea bream for one, grilled vegetables for 2, and potatoes. The vegetables weren't fresh, a bit runny. The thing that bothered me was that we arrived at 8:00 pm and at 8:45 pm the waiters were circling us to ask us to leave since the place had emptied of other customers. The prices weren't very cheap for what we ate. 35 euros per person.
