However, the dining experience reveals technical and management shortcomings: a service incident involving sauce contamination on a seafood dish was not resolved by replacing the dish. The pastry department also appears to be lacking, with uncertainties regarding serving temperatures and textures that could be improved. A place with clear potential, but one that requires greater precision and more attentive guest service to achieve excellence.

It's a beautiful place nestled in a small hamlet where the hostess will guide you on her culinary journey. I would recommend it to everyone.
