02/11/2025: New Year's Eve "dinner"... we arrive at 9:00 PM, the appetizer buffet is already gone, we settle for a few glasses of wine and head to our table.
After an hour, they serve the first course, four gnocchi (four in number) with scampi sauce, which by the way is nothing special, and after the midnight toast, they serve the second course, a bland sea bass accompanied by four baked potatoes (probably frozen).
To finish, a tiny slice of panettone, which I even skipped because it must have been 2:00 AM...
A bottle of wine for every three people.
The price? €100
€100 for four gnocchi and a sea bass, which are better at soup kitchens.
We had to endure a "singer" who blew our ears (to say the least) until well past midnight for almost the entire evening. The volume was so high, they probably thought they'd heard a mix of Gianni Morandi and Kurt Cobain.
A total DISASTER, I'll definitely never set foot in this place again.

20/11/2025: I had a good experience, the staff were friendly, but the price was too high, above average. I speak from experience. I paid €14.30 for a toasted sandwich, a medium beer, and a coffee with a shot of sparkling wine. Everything was good, I repeat, but the real value should have been €9.50-€10.00. No more. €6.50 for a simple toasted sandwich, €6 for a medium beer. €1.80 for a shot of sparkling wine, which is higher than other towns in the Crema area, whose only drawback is not having a castle. What a shame.
12/08/2025: A business lunch, as it's described upon entering, is completely lacking a menu with prices. The owners' daughter, extremely kind and professional, lists the daily specials. The dining room adjacent to the bar is welcoming and elegant. The outdoor restrooms are a bit subdued and a bit dated. Service is quick. Overall, the dishes are good: the risotto with asparagus is perfect, but the Mediterranean-style monkfish is a bit less so, a bit lukewarm. However, the dessert is superb: a chocolate cake with a warm center of jam made with bitter lamb's lettuce, garnished with dollops of cream and a sbrisolona crumble. The price is reasonable considering the quality.

06/03/2025: Delicious and distinctive food, a location worth discovering...it's just a shame it's closing soon. You have until June to enjoy it!

24/07/2023: Per chi conosce la ricettività dell'ambiente campagnolo,qui la si sente in tutto....serviti però in una maniera pulita e ordinata.
Siccome il cibo è a kilometro 0,prodotto direttamente in cascina..il menù è quello che è...semplice non ricco ma eccezionale..dalla coppa dall'antipasto alla crostata fatta in casa..senza parlare del vino (senza solfiti) e del nocino .
Più che agriturismo è cascina allo stato puro...gestita dalla tipica famiglia di campagna..che però è molto attenta nel mettere a proprio agio il cliente.

30/09/2024: All smoke and a lot of rudeness.
"The Smoking Dragon's Lair", a pub that takes 40 minutes to prepare a dish, despite the fairly moderate clientele.
I ordered a beer and two appetizers; the draft beer is good (thank goodness), the appetizers should have accompanied the beer for a nice evening, but they arrived after almost an hour (and it's not the first time this has happened, from what I've read).
The owner welcomes you, at first glance, in a kind manner, but in the long run you notice that he does not have kind tones.
I don't understand why they don't charge with separate accounts, given that by law a place cannot refuse.
I give 2 stars for the beer and for the waiters clearly underpaid by the two main tavern keepers.

23/05/2025: Ottimo pranzo, preparato con passione, cura e ingredienti del territorio, in una cascina lombarda autentica e fuori dal tempo.
21/04/2025: Se cercate un ristorante da "4ristoranti" lasciate perdere.
Qui l'ambiente e ol servizio sono totalmente diversi,però si mangia bene.
La pecca sta nel menù fisso,anche se gradevole,e nel servizio più che spartano.
Rapporto qualità prezzo un pò alto ma non eccessivo.

25/05/2025: Per un malinteso non ci servono il menù del giorno, primo secondo contorno e bevande, a 14 euro. Ma noi, di fronte ad una limitatissima scelta tra gnocchi allo zafferano o orecchiette all’arrabbiata o cime di rapa, crediamo di consumare il menù del giorno. Prendiamo il dolce e il caffè, conto 18 euro. Mostriamo il nostro sconcerto, al che il titolare ci aggredisce verbalmente dicendo che quello che abbiamo mangiato è frutto del suo sudore, e per rinforzare il concetto ci mostra le ascelle. Ribadiamo che siamo lì alla cassa per pagare e non per litigare e che una domanda sul conto è lecita, ma non riusciamo a fargli abbassare i toni. Delusione su tutta la linea, cibo di bassissima lavorazione e non tipico del luogo, tempi d’attesa biblici e arroganza… mah, a mai più
30/01/2025: Cibo Bonino, abbiamo aspettato tanto prima che la signora arrivasse a prendere la comanda forse troppo distratta dai clienti conosciuti prezzi non conformi alla pubblicità esterna una nota dolente alla signora un po’ troppo logorroica

22/03/2024: Giornata a Soncino per visitare la rocca e, durante la visita al museo della stampa incontriamo il signor Beppe, molto carinamente risponde ad alcune domande e poi ci parla della chiesa di Santa Maria delle Grazie e del Ristorante didattico Inchiostro. Era quasi ora di pranzo e prenota per noi, me e lamia amica, un tavolo. È stata una piacevole sorpresa, un ristorante molto bello e curato. Piatti ricercati e ottimi, gestito dall'istituto alberghiero. Un posto dove tornare ancora. Prezzi più che ottimi. Bravi ragazzi!
