Nice and spacious cafeteria, it was warm. There was a lot of offer in terms of pastries and cakes. The bartender was kind and didn't charge me for the cup of hot water. I give three stars instead of 4 because they didn't have anything lactose-free. Anyone can eat a lactose-free cake and it lasts a few days. I recommend it for those who don't have intolerances.

10/11/2023: Kindness and courtesy in this historic bar behind the Duomo. Excellent service, the lady is really kind. Good wines and coffee. Nice seating area on the square, with lots of tables and comfortable armchairs.
