22/06/2025: Locale posizionato in un piccolo paese cremasco ma dove entrando capisci subito la passione che hanno i due proprietari Fabio e Vale! Competenza e professionalità che incontri nei loro piatti dove l’eccellenza per le materie prime si unisce l’ accurata conoscenza di tecniche innovative
Scelto il percorso di 7 portate per capire al meglio questo tipo di cucina e tutto è risultato ottimo . Non per ultimo la cordialità di Fabio

The restaurant itself isn't very large, but that makes for a nice atmosphere.
The uramaki, sashimi, and nigiri are all top-notch, very tasty, and highly recommended. The ravioli and temaki are a bit of a sore point: the former are slightly chewy, while the latter are average, not exceptional.
The main issue with this place is the timing: I shouldn't say I arrived right when the restaurant opened at 12:00 PM, but rather around 1:00 PM, and I left around 3:00 AM, having ordered relatively few dishes. The wait was more than the actual experience (which could be longer for larger groups).
4 stars overall, not 3, because, in addition to the overall good quality of the food and the atmosphere, the staff themselves are very friendly, which isn't always a given.

12/08/2025: I've been there a couple of times, with the excuse that some colleagues and I work in the area, and this place popped up. What can I say? I ate pizza both times, once at noon and once on Thursday evening. We were surprised because we thought we were supposed to have a pizza tour, but they said we'd arrived too late and were no longer doing it (which I didn't quite understand, because it makes no sense, given that they kept bringing pizzas with pizza tours to the tables on the side). So we just ordered from the menu. I have to say that a regular pizza and a Coke for €18 is a bit too expensive for the location and town. Seeing the tiramisu for €7, I gave up on dessert... the pizza was also good, but the quality/price ratio was really disproportionate. In fact, I don't think it will ever be offered again as a place to go for lunch or dinner...

13/07/2024: una bella sorpresa ,vedendolo da fuori sembra una trattoria alla buona invece all'interno un luogo elegante con proprietari molto competenti e il cibo di alta qualita , io sono stato su menu pesce e devo dire che superato le aspettativi , e la qualita del vino eccellente , da provare assolutamente .
cè anche uno spazio esterno che non ho visto ma a detta di molti molto bello .
17/06/2024: Siamo stati in questo locale un po anonimo dal di fuori, anzi non molto invitante per un pranzo domenicale. Il punto di forza del locale è la simpatia del titolare. L'interno è decisamente meglio dell'esterno. Abbiamo mangiato bene (culaccia con focaccia (E 18x2) capesante scottate (il piatto meno riuscito (e.18), per secondo un calamaro fritto (e.18, un po' duro), rombo al forno (1,3kg di rombo 90e. buono)poi 3 dolci, un lugana e un amaro totale 200e. sconto 20%compreso. Forse per il tipo di locale quello sarebbe stato il prezzo giusto prima degli sconti.
