A late review of a dinner for two. Reservations were made a few days earlier for dinner on Friday; I can't say if we were lucky or if it's the norm. Without wanting to spoil the menu (other reviews have some very good insights) or the experience in detail, I'll simply write my appreciation for a varied tasting menu, featuring select ingredients, alternating intense and delicate flavors that are captivating along with thoughtful combinations of textures, and olfactory stimulation, accompanied by Fabio's passionate and entertaining presentations. I'll leave you with the curiosity to get to know him and Vale, experience their cuisine—interesting from the first course to dessert—and the selection of wines at a price that, it must be said, allows you to enjoy a quality experience and cuisine without worrying too much about your wallet.

A magnificent culinary experience at this elegant yet welcoming restaurant. The ingredients are of remarkable quality, and the cuisine is truly creative without being pretentious. We opted for the tasting menu, which deserves all the praise, and received excellent advice on the wine pairings as well. Special mention goes to the staff, who were understanding of my somewhat rusty Italian and very welcoming to my 8-year-old son.

Refined, high-end cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere with friendly, professional service. This is how Fabio and Valentina's visit can be summed up in a nutshell. We enjoyed a 7-course tasting menu featuring fish/seafood and meat. Each course was an unforgettable culinary experience. The highest-quality products are refined in flavor and retain their character, as each course is reduced to just a few ingredients. Nature and freshness are thus fully preserved. During one course, I had to express my enthusiasm and appreciation to the two hosts with a "first class." This restaurant is at the top of our list if you want to combine the beautiful city of Crema with culinary pleasure. We will definitely be back. Thank you both so much, and keep up the good work! Intimate and refined, you feel at home despite being in an elegant location. This is also and above all thanks to Fabio, who explains the dishes with great passion and expertise, but speaks to you as if he were a friend, using colloquial language that is understandable even to non-food critics. I admit that he raised our expectations a bit for some dishes, but then again, taste is taste, and other dishes won us over even more than those recommended. Top-quality ingredients for elaborate yet uncomplicated dishes, where the flavors blend and balance each other. Really fair prices for a restaurant in this price range, unlike many that "inflate" prices to give the illusion of quality and refinement when they actually offer dishes that are nothing special. Recommended for special occasions or even just for a quality dinner, where you can feel at home among friends.

A wonderful experience that I hope to repeat soon. I chose the 5-course tasting menu (next time will be the 7-course one), which offers an overview of the restaurant's dishes, each explained, perfectly presented but above all delicious (as well as beautiful), every bite an explosion of flavor.

A business lunch worth a detour, if not a bogus meeting nearby! Tuna carbonara (a family recipe) and a slice of diaphragm steak that I'll dream about tonight. I was lucky enough to have time to chat, finding the passion I long for in every place. Refreshing!
