Very pleasant, warm, harmonious environment. The staff is decidedly professional, friendly and helpful. The dining room is a storyteller of the kitchen and transports you to a unique gastronomic experience.
The menu is truly high quality and the raw materials are decidedly unique. The result is truly unique dishes that tell a story.
Average price high, but quality has a cost.

La location è molto bella il contesto è un'antica villa, la sala è accogliente, il personale è cortese, disponibile, il servizio è veloce infine i piatti proposti sono molto buoni e le porzioni sono generose, il prezzo è nella media, ci tornerò sicuramente, consiglio di prenotare non ci sono molti coperti.
12/03/2024: Lunch on a working Tuesday. I expected to find a wide choice of typical dishes from the lowlands, but I only found the typical casoncelli.
Maybe I should have been suspicious when I learned they work shifts.

16/03/2024: I think that the customer should not be the one to report the fact that the pizza is burnt, but that the pizza chef or the manager or the waiter should be able to understand it.
Pizza arrived an hour after taking the order and half eaten.
The justification of "but I'm just a waiter" is useless when expressing disappointment.
The lack of discount was just the icing on the cake.

26/03/2024: In one word. To be avoided. We go there especially for children and make them wait 1 hour to eat. I add that the manager better change jobs if he doesn't know how to manage a lunch where there are 30 customers in the room.
Waits of 40 minutes between one dish and another and the menu was fixed for everyone. A shame. Strongly not recommended
1- THERE WERE NOT 50 PEOPLE IN THE ROOM
2- YOU CANNOT GIVE THE TIMES AND TIMES IF YOU DO NOT CONTROL THE ROOM
3- SINCE WHEN DO YOU MAKE A 4 YEAR OLD CHILD WAIT AT THE TABLE WITH THE EXCUSE THE CHOCOLATE COMES OUT WITH THE SECONDS (MOSTLY WHICH TASTED MORE OF OIL THAN MEAT/CHICKEN MEH)
4- HERE WHO MUST LEARN TO HAVE RESPECT IS YOU. AND ABOVE ALL YOU SHOULD LEARN TO CONTROL THE ROOM MORE, NOT TO STAY BETWEEN THE KITCHEN AND THE CASH.
WE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ANGRY IF THE CHILD HAD NOT WAITED AN HOUR. THE WAITRESS HAS NO FAULT IF LEFT TO HERSELF (SHE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE SMALL OVERVIEWS CAPTAIN)
OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE COMPLAINING...
AND DON'T DON'T MENTION MY WIFE, OR NEXT TIME I'LL EXPLAIN IT TO YOU IN ANOTHER WAY. BE SHAMEFUL, YOU DON'T IMPROVISE RESTAURANTS, YOU LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB. IGNORANT, TO SAY ANYTHING ELSE

02/04/2024: The place is nice and welcoming, very well frequented, the beers are good, the cuisine is good and deserves a special mention for its speed, even though the place was packed they served us in a flash, the waiters were good, the only really unpleasant point is the acoustics with terrible soundproofing, take advice from serious professionals for the outdoor area because you can't stay there for more than half an hour when the place is full, I had a headache and ringing in my ears all night due to the very loud voices that bounce from from window to window in the room despite there being various sound-absorbing panels scattered around, my criticism is only constructive to improve a very nice place and make being in company more pleasant.

From the first moment, Barbarossa won me over. Welcoming and warm atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff: the ideal place for a dinner with friends, an evening with friends or a quick lunch.
The cuisine is the real strong point of the place. From sandwiches to focaccias, each dish is prepared with high-quality ingredients and impeccable care. The balanced and decisive flavors conquer even the most demanding palates.
Special mention for the selection of craft beers and wines, which offers a wide choice to best accompany your meal.
The quality-price ratio is excellent, and we always come back with pleasure.
