29/03/2026: A wonderful discovery: a vegan farm, using all the ingredients from their own garden! A culinary experience with a bang, from the stunning location to the care they put into the dishes and the stories behind them.
It's wonderful to see the passion behind them.
Set menu based on the availability of what the land provides, DELICIOUS!
Aperitif, appetizer, two first courses, second course, dessert, coffee and liqueurs, and a pairing of wine for a total of €60—a more than reasonable price, considering that today a pizza and beer cost almost €20.
I recommend it to everyone!
28/03/2026: I'm not vegan, but I thoroughly enjoyed everything. The place is delicious, the food equally so, and the two owners even more so. We'll be back very soon.

12/04/2026: We're not there yet. The pizza isn't what it used to be; the quality of the ingredients and the dough has visibly declined. Making things less enjoyable is the service: too pushy. You're not even seated yet, and they're already demanding your order. A historic restaurant should focus on hospitality, not on rushing to clear the table. What a shame.
07/03/2026: IT'S THE BEST PIZZA I'VE EVER EATEN. I TOOK THE CROCCIARELLA, IT'S NUVOLA, BUT I WOULD HAVE GAVE IT A 100. ANYONE WHO COMES TO THESE AREAS CAN'T NOT EAT IT. IT'S HIGH, CRISPY, VERY GOOD. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY. THE PLACE IS A LITTLE SMALL, BUT THE PIZZA MAKES IT UP. THE PRICES ARE GREAT. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

12/04/2026: We had lunch with friends today.
The atmosphere was nice and well-kept. It could be much better if it were there; this is my recommendation: better management skills both in the kitchen and at the table.
I asked for water three times before it was brought, and I asked for wine twice. They don't have a wine list, and I believe it's the owner who gives the wine recommendations verbally. This system can be intimidating for those who have to ask the price of the wine. A wine list would solve the problem.
The food...:
The giardiniera vegetables weren't crunchy at all...they tasted like vegetables cooked in vinegar.
The pasta was good, al dente.
Service...:
The appetizer course was brought without the plates.
The plates (advice!) shouldn't be passed around.
After finishing the appetizer, we waited 45 minutes for the first course.
Good wine, but (I recommend) opening the bottle in front of the customer and not at the cashier and then bringing it open to the table...no...no...no.
The real gem is the coffee. We ask the waiter for coffee, and he passes it on to the waitress, who responds with a yes...and then continues talking to the customer who just paid, which is fine, but then she starts drying the glasses, and when she sees us get up to leave...she decides to make coffees.

Ambiente gradevole, prodotti di buon livello con prezzi nella media, servizio agile e cortese.
Unico neo: spazio piuttosto angusto riservato alla clientela.

24/07/2024: Sono capitata a pranzo alla Bottega del gusto in occasione del mercatino dell'antiquariato del mese e devo dire che mi sono trovata bene! Il gestore molto gentile e a modo, super disponibile e sorridente (cosa per nulla scontata!). Abbiamo approfittato del menù degustazione che prevede gnocco fritto con affettati e verdure grigliate + tortelli cremaschi (quelli ripieni di amaretti, per intenderci). Lo gnocco devo ammettere che non era eccelso, ma buoni gli affettati e abbondanti, così come le verdure. Tortelli molto buoni nell'impasto, sul ripieno non mi hanno convinta ma quello è un "limite" mio perchè non amo gli amaretti ma volevo mangiare qualcosa di locale. Abbondante anche questa portata. Ottimo vino rosso al calice, prezzo in linea con la qualità delle materie prime. Consigliato.
