09/10/2025: We hadn't ordered from them in a while, but we ordered today and were really impressed. Perfect dough, quality ingredients, and for me, the best takeout pizza in the area, and not only that. Compliments to the pizza chef.
The service is also good.
21/08/2025: I ordered a takeaway pizza and they arrived 20 minutes late and charged me 10 euros for a pizza even though they were late. The fries on the pizza were the same as those from McDonald's, salty and soft, the ham was very sweet, the cheese was disgusting and the dough was thin and crunchy. I don't recommend it.

24/10/2025: Broken hand shower. Shower drain blocked. WiFi doesn't work even after signing in . Called front desk person on the line was absolutely disinterested.
Actually a motel with poor standards.
23/10/2025: On the outskirts of como so if going into lake comobe prepared for a walk to train station not easy route but good train service and cheap
Food and bar open times are around 7pm so if you want a drink around lunch time not available
Overall good location if driving as taxi are expensive and friendly service we enjoyed our stay

22/10/2025: …don‘t let your self fool by the look from the out side. It is a simple restaurant, with local food at his best. Fresh and really good food out of the region with typical menues from the north of Italy! We come again!
07/10/2025: We ordered a set menu for two (price not displayed), 3 different starters, main courses, and side dishes, including water. When we got to the cashier, we paid about €12 for a starter and €14 for a main course with side dish. I asked why we thought we were paying for a set menu (I don't remember the exact price now, but it's a good deal for workers, around €12-14 maybe, no more). The owner, a bit gruff, told me she ordered a starter and her husband ordered a main course???!!! If we'd known, we'd have ordered the full menus!!! But the food was nothing to write home about.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was excellent, as was the beer!
07/08/2025: I've only been to this bar a couple of times, almost always by invitation, and each time I've encountered incredibly rude staff. The last time, the lady at the cash register even got irritated because I wanted to pay for three coffees by card—a perfectly normal request, I'd say. It's a shame, because the place is nice and in a good location. But after yet another bad experience, I've decided I won't set foot there again. Politeness and respect for customers should be the foundation, not an optional extra.

14/07/2025: I'm giving 3 stars only for the small portions, because you can't serve a skewer as a second course 😉 even if you split it in two to fill the plate.
Otherwise, everything was fine.

02/11/2025: I have to admit: I love McDonald's, even though I shouldn't.
There are always interesting new additions to the menu, and my favorite remains the Filet-O-Fish... too bad they don't sell it after 11 pm!
But there are also some weaknesses: the fries are often cold and become truly inedible, and more than once they've forgotten napkins or sauces.
We almost always get drive-thru, so I don't know what the service is like inside, but takeout leaves a bit to be desired.
Two stars less only because eating greasy, cold fries without even a napkin isn't exactly the best.
31/10/2025: Very slow service. 30 minute wait for a snack.

01/04/2025: Non avevo letto le recensioni ma , a volte ingannano. Non questa volta. Vado per il menu' fisso da 10,9 euro. Il cuoco che fa ' i primi e' volenteroso ma nulla piu'. Quello che dovrebbe dare i secondi e contorni, inesistente. Non so' cosa ci stia a fare. Gli chiedo che, essendo vegetariano, se , invece della carne, mi puo' dare qualcosa d'altro nel menu scelto: mi dice un contorno abbondante, ma poi sparisce ( non c'era nessuno prima di me). Torna dopo 5 minuti e come se niente fosse vaga per il bancone. Gli richiedo il contorno e , con riluttanza me lo da . Vado alla cassa e i due furbacchioni, invece del menu completa da 10,9 mi fanno pagare, invece che meno, euro 12,70. Dicono che , invece che prendere il menu, ho preso i piatti sciolti e li devo pagare di piu'!! Insomma , prendere meno si paga di piu!!! ( ma io avevo chiesto il menu' da 10,9!!!). Per finire un bel gruppetto ben assortito tra furbacchioni e scappati di casa. Per me possono chiudere.

21/09/2025: I'm a regular customer here, but today the unacceptable happened, specifically regarding their fried chicken sticks. Unfortunately, I noticed later the condition of the chicken (pictured below), with obvious fly eggs or worms. Unfortunately, it makes me wonder what condition that chicken was in and what had happened to it, especially how they handle food storage and preparation. That said, I've never had any other problems; the service is super helpful, etc., but after this, I doubt I'll be back.
29/03/2025: Very good food and the only place to find chicken except that very often we happened to go at 7 in the evening or like today at 11.30 and my mother had to wait a long time in addition to the fact that most of the dishes are not available.
the lady who is there responds rudely and works without desire.
when you work in contact with the public, especially with people who come to buy and spend money on your food, at least a minimum of courtesy and a smile.
If it wasn't because they have chicken I wouldn't set foot there again.
I had never bothered to review but after going 6/7 times and the situation is always the same then we need to act.

16/05/2025: Perfetto per un pranzo pre o post spesa essendo posto al Bennet di montano lucino il ristorante si trova al piano superiore cibo buono senza pretese buono anche il sushi io ci vado spesso mi sono sempre trovato bene da provare.
P.S .ho gustato pure il yu kan it buono senza pretese.
Servizio semplice personale sempre sorridente e gentile mi ripeto da provare.

19/12/2024: Personale scortese dall’inizio alla fine, cibo poco mangiabile, prezzo eccessivo per quello che consiste va la cena.
03/11/2024: abbiamo cenato in 16 amici con cassoela ci poteva stare ma nulla di eccezionale qualcuno ha preso e reso gnocchetti salatissimi e 2 non hanno nemmeno cenato in compagnia perché i risotto sonon arrivati talmente tardi che li hanno resi perché salatissimi. arriva il conto hanno fatto pagare 2 piatti non ricevuti adducendo a scuse confuse ma anche arroganza dalla padrona. conclusione pagato anche i 2 piatti in più ma esperienza da non ripetere nella vita
