02/10/2024: Wir sind aus dem Rheinland angereist und sind aus Köln Bedienungen mit entsprechender "Schnauze" gewohnt.
Aber hier waren wir doch irritiert.
Der Servicemitarbeiter ist, mit seiner Art, bei uns allen nicht gut angekommen.
Mehrere Tische frei und kein Platz für 4 Personen - ohne Reservierung durchaus zu verstehen - aber er bemühte sich auch nicht uns eine Lösung anzubieten, er hätte ja auch ein Angebot zur Reservierung an einem anderen Tag machen können.
Wir sind ohne Essen, ohne Reservierung für einen anderen Termin wieder gegangen.
Schade!!
20/09/2024: Precioso restaurante en Dongo. Este lugar llegó por recomendación de nuestros anfitriones be&be. No teníamos una reserva (recomiendo reservar), pero el propietario se las arregló para apretarnos amablemente. Muy contento que lo hizo, ya que fue la mejor comida que tuvimos durante nuestro viaje al Lago de Como. El pequeño menú está bien cuidado de la comida de origen local, que el propietario pasó con nosotros para explicar de dónde era todo y dio recomendaciones. El vino local era delicioso y el entrante de bresaola carpaccio era increíble. La pasta es casera y los raviolis estaban buenísimos, y la carne estofada se derritió en la boca. El tiramisú casero era genial. Muy recomendable.

14/11/2024: After waiting at the entrance for about 5 minutes and seeing that they passed by and did not attend to me (they saw me, but they passed me by) I entered the restaurant, my first impression is a lady in the kitchen who points at me and says something in an angry tone to the waitress, who looks at me and continues walking, when she passes by I ask her if we could sit down and she answers me with a resounding "no", having lunch hours until 2:30 p.m. (we arrived at 1:15 p.m.) and With people who had just sat down, they only had the drink. Terrible customer service. A simple minute of your time to approach and say that you cannot attend would have been enough, even so, I point out again that the schedule that is handwritten on the door of your establishment is until 2:30 p.m.
I can't rate the food, but if they make food the way they serve customers, better look for another restaurant.
20/08/2024: Went here to eat 2 times during our stay in Dongo. Very good food and super service. Will probably come back here for a meal 😊

02/09/2024: Abbiamo cenato all’interno di sabato sera. Nonostante il locale fosse piuttosto affollato ci hanno serviti abbastanza in fretta. Buonissima pizza, servizio celere e cordiale, buoni prezzi
27/08/2024: Basta allontanarsi poco da Pianello del Lario, paese dopo Dongo e subito si può notare la differenza di un ristorante/pizzeria carino, meritevole. Molto apprezzato. Memorizzato Bravi!!

11/08/2023: Lovely view of lake como whilst enjoying a cold drinks with some nibbles. The beer they have on tap is fab, but can’t remember the name of it sadly. Highly rate this bar and the food.
