02/03/2026: Stunning location. The photos speak for themselves, and they don't even do it justice. The atmosphere is refined, beautiful, and relaxing... not to mention the super friendly, professional, and welcoming staff. Eating with that view is truly satisfying, and the food is refined and delicious, as is the wine selection. It's not a cheap restaurant, but the location, the view, the atmosphere, and the quality of the food are worth every penny. I'll be back as soon as possible! P.S. Don't worry about parking. They have a small parking garage.

The menu is structured around four distinct identities: Lago, Mare, Valli, and Giardino, offering a precise and intelligent way of understanding territory, seasons, and intentions. Each menu feels internally coherent rather than thematic. The Lago dishes express restraint and depth, with flavours that are measured and quietly confident. Mare is handled with precision, favouring balance over intensity, while Valli introduces a richer, more grounded register without heaviness. Giardino, often the most revealing test of a kitchen, is thoughtful and complete, never treated as a secondary option. Across all paths, the cooking shows discipline and judgement. Ingredients are respected, combinations are purposeful, and nothing feels decorative or excessive. The pacing of the meal is unhurried and well considered, allowing the experience to unfold naturally. Service is discreet, attentive, and calm, contributing to an atmosphere that feels more composed than orchestrated. The wine pairings are intelligent and well aligned with each menu’s character, supporting the food rather than competing with it. Acquadolce is a restaurant that knows exactly what it wants to say and says it with consistency and ease. A place is defined by structure, balance, and quiet confidence. 22/02/2026: A sublime experience! A place with an enchanting view and exquisite food. If you ever come to eat here, you can't miss the lemon and scampi risotto: one of the best I've ever had! Highly recommended.

26/02/2026: A luxury dive I stopped by by chance for lunch with my daughter. We had the perch rice. The worst I've ever eaten. First of all, the perch was breaded with egg and fried in a lot of oil, which then ended up in the rice, which was very greasy and simply boiled, not in Cagnun as it should be. Even the glass of wine wasn't good quality. The charcuterie and cheese platter, however, was good. Furthermore, for the quality of both the service and the cuisine, it's too expensive.

18/11/2025: Great restaurant, wonderful service, excellent atmosphere, and most importantly, excellent food.

12/10/2025: Excellent location with a panoramic view of the lake, elegant venue, good service, very good appetizer with assorted seafood crostini, good first course with mussels but particularly salty, and pasta, in my opinion, undercooked, cannelloni with lamb ragù excellent, prices a bit high, probably for selection, as evidenced by the fact that it was a beautiful Sunday and there were only a few guests in the dining room. A tip: more reasonable prices. Overall a positive experience.

02/11/2025: Nice bar with a spectacular view of the lake. It's a shame it's almost always full—you absolutely need a reservation. The prices are quite high, but the presentation is exquisite and spectacular. Great place for a drink or a quick snack. For the location and view alone, it deserves five stars.
