Crazy and enchanting place!!!
As soon as you enter the main gate, you immerse yourself in a very well-kept garden, capable of offering a crazy view.
Walking along the cobbled path, you arrive at the interior of the restaurant: a welcoming, superlative place that would leave anyone speechless.
We ate on the veranda overlooking the lake.
The food was excellent, it was a pleasure from every point of view. It was a real surprise.
Competent, friendly, polite, friendly, young staff capable of "pampering" you.
I highly recommend you stop by.
Whether for a romantic date or for a lunch with old friends.
Congratulations to all the Acqua Dolce Lago di Como Staff, I will come to visit you very soon!

16/02/2025: Simply perfect! The 4 cheese pizza is delicious, creamy and full of flavor. The waiters are very attentive and make you feel at ease from the first moment. The gentleman at the parking lot was also very kind and this makes everything even more pleasant. Refined dishes, some of which are "Muslim-friendly", all in a breathtaking view. Congratulations indeed, I will definitely be back!

07/02/2025: Their homemade pasta is amazing and the service is top notch. The owner is super attentive and friendly.
01/01/2025: A pleasant place, the owners are generous, sincere, ambassadors of the Italian dolce vita without artifice, they offer their know-how, their affections.
We stopped by chance at the end of the lunch service time, in great lordship they agreed to serve us.
We ended up returning there for the New Year's Eve meal, we will keep happy memories thanks to them, very beautiful, improbable and enriching encounters.
Viva Caffeteria Aurora, long life.
Long live Europe, long live Italy!

15/03/2025: Nice location, service a little inattentive and slow, quality of the dishes normal. Ok the first ones, less the second ones. Considering the price, the quality should be a little better.
Overall however I would return especially for the location

A man who will make your stay unforgettable. An artist, musician, writer, an invaluable figure, historical memory of the delightful village and in short a friend of every customer.
A unique, incomparable experience, which will make you discover the true Italian culture, made of stories, music and good food.
The historic place is well enhanced by the small square and the view overlooking the lake.
A few meters away every service and honest prices.

Does this hotel mean it is definitive or only long-term in winter?

The view of the lake is very beautiful.
In my opinion price/offer are unbalanced.
Furthermore, for the first time I was told that there was no place to eat when clearly there was.

The rooms were very clean, as was the bathroom.
Breakfast on the terrace, lake view, well supplied.
