12/07/2025: Easily my favorite spot in Argegno. Have spent time here two years in a row now and so looked forward to going back to Bistro Argegno this year. The food and wine are always excellent, service is warm and friendly. Prices are more than reasonable (coming from the US). The staff has great suggestions for the rest of Lake Como and are very personable. The location is just outside the piazza and very peaceful. Whenever you’re in Argegno, make sure to stop by!

03/03/2025: Un posto tranquillo con servizio più che soddisfacente e qualità del cibo molto alta. Ambiente molto semplice. Bella vista sul lago. Consigliati i taglieri e lo spiedone di filetto. Particolarmente empatica la signora che serve (credo sia la proprietaria). Attesa nella norma. Cantina da ampliare, ma sufficiente. Consigliato!

22/07/2025: We only stayed one night but I can assure you that it was a great stay. The hotel is small and a little dated but well kept. It is clean and the owner and all the staff are very good. We had dinner in the hotel. We had two pizzas and a mussel soup and as a Neapolitan I can tell you that the pizza was good but the mussel soup was fantastic, let's say on par with ours on the Mergellina seafront. We will return.
19/07/2025: Great little hotel on the shores of Lake Como. Stunning views of the lake. Friendly, attentive and homely service. Absolutely amazing staff. Good food.

18/06/2025: Midday at Barchetta a certainty, simple, very well-kept environment, the arches, the niches where they display the wines are a characteristic, local cuisine, lake dishes, I go for the certainty, rice with Perch.
Fillets are small, to testify to the local origin ....
Sauteed artichokes and raw salad, spectacular ..

But, the dishes lack bite, ossobuco with polenta without infamy and without praise.
It needs a little more character.

30/06/2025: We went for lunch with six people and had a very good meal. A bit more expensive, but okay. Service was very friendly. The menu is only available via QR code on your smartphone, which is modern but annoying.
27/06/2025: No finesse at all, unsure why all the staff were so arrogant, the manager banging and slamming things on tables, very sloppy unprofessional behaviour. Mediocre food, poor service, avoid!

15/06/2025: If you are trying to find an oasis of pure awe, you should give this lido a chance: there is a nice pool, but if you feel stubborn you can always give the lake a try. You can have also your lunch, or your little glass of prosecco thinking about the meaning of life scanning the waves, thinking then that life isn't so bad. If you sunbath, remember to use solar screen. Might be a little pricey buuut worth the shot.
12/06/2025: It was very nice. The cafe was good. Prices were reasonable. There was enough space for everyone. The kids loved it. The tall, slim staff member was very friendly. You can swim in the pool or lake.

26/07/2025: Que dire ? Un bel endroit, une belle équipe, un service de grande qualité sympathique et finalement simple. Des mets de qualité. Le plus le patron et l’équipe amicale, parfaitement théâtrale et emprunt de savoir faire. Une expérience d’une rare qualité. Musique et lumiere qui assurent l’ambiance. Merci à tous.

25/03/2025: Un ristorante che è una certezza.
L’abbiamo scelto in tantissime occasioni, da una cena romantica a un pranzo domenicale in famiglia a una cena aziendale.
Una vista spettacolare e un servizio impeccabile.
Non ho nessun appunto da fare perché ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo.
Una cucina sempre di altissimo livello con piatti tipici della tradizione valtellinese.
D’estate in veranda ti godi l’aria fresca e la tranquillità, basterebbe questo per sceglierlo ancora e ancora.
Matteo è un ragazzo attento e un ottimo padrone di casa.
Sempre consigliato.
23/03/2025: Abbiamo prenotato alle 13:00 un tavolo per il nostro anniversario e ci hanno fatto sedere alle 14:15 senza darci troppe spiegazioni, se non che il primo turno non aveva ancora finito di mangiare. Peccato che non ci avevano avvisato al telefono quando abbiamo prenotato. Se avessimo saputo che fanno turni, probabilmente avremmo cambiato location.
Cibo buono ma nemmeno un gesto per scusare il ritardo di un’ora e mezza… neanche il dolce offerto o un piccolo sconto sul totale del conto. Peccato, a volte basta poco!

È diventata una tradizione familiare festeggiare il compleanno di mia mamma con la torta specialmente preparata da questa eccellente gelateria. Preparazione molto accurata sia peche sono stati considerati le nostre richieste e in più dagli ottimi consigli e abbinamenti a noi proposti.

19/07/2025: Die Lage direkt am See ist wirklich etwas Besonderes – das leise Plätschern des Wassers, die friedliche Stimmung und ein Sonnenuntergang, wie gemalt. Der Abend begann mit einem netten Gruß aus der Küche, was einen angenehmen Einstieg bot. Das Essen war in Ordnung – nichts Spektakuläres, aber solide und passend zum entspannten Ambiente. Vor allem die Atmosphäre macht diesen Ort besonders – ideal für ruhige Stunden am Wasser.
24/06/2025: Hay un problema importante con alojarse en este hotel y no es nada específico del hotel. Es la ubicación.
Se encuentra al otro lado de la montaña en Bellagio y debido a que solo hay ocho taxistas en Bellagio ninguno de ellos quiere ir a este hotel porque no hay suficiente dinero en el viaje. Siendo dos personas de setenta años estuvimos virtualmente varados allí durante tres días. El personal del hotel aceptó que era un gran problema, pero no mostró simpatía. Mi consejo a los demás viajeros es que no vayan allí si tienen más de sesenta años o tienen algún problema de movilidad.
