12/06/2026: I recently discovered this very elegant and refined place.
Every morning I start with a top breakfast... croissants and delicious cappuccino! The girls are attentive, super kind, and very sweet.
09/06/2026: Very central location in Appiano, very well-kept, welcoming and clean spaces, super relaxing place. I often come for lunch and always find a good selection of dishes, sandwiches and piadinas, as well as friendly, courteous and impeccable service!

The place isn't very big, and the tables make the room look like a school cafeteria.
The food has been average lately, and it's not the same as it was a few years ago...

Always friendly and helpful, excellent food, impeccable service, and cleanliness.

07/02/2026: They don't have whole wheat pizza dough, and when it arrived, besides being quite small, it was also quite burnt.
The service was quite good, except for the fact that they forgot to bring a bottle of water and took away my girlfriend's unfinished bread without asking.
The place is nice, but from what I could see, it doesn't seem to be up to standard, as the emergency exit is blocked by a LARGE TABLE.
The restroom is clean, although very small.
I'll conclude this review by saying that if you're looking to have a bad night, eating poorly and risking your life in the event of some sort of accident (such as a fire), then Luna Rossa is the place for you.

13/07/2026: Beautiful and very well-kept, the sloped pool is a must!!! There's also a more private area with a shallow pool for children and families. Excellent service, I'll definitely be back. Reservations recommended!
12/07/2026: The staff were incredibly friendly, and the online booking process was really simple and straightforward. I went with my two-year-old, and the pool was perfect for him. The facility offers both a picnic area and an excellent bar and restaurant. The changing rooms, complete with restrooms and showers, were also well-maintained and clean. Highly recommended.

02/07/2026: I ate there for a classy place, having social anxiety, I froze when I told him my pizza, the guy looked at me dirtyly, so after this embarrassment I left and when I asked him for a pizza box he replied "now"? When I told him yes, he did everything very slowly and annoyed, bored, the pizza anyway is too thin and not good.
08/06/2026: Fantastic restaurant, excellent food, service, and cleanliness. I highly recommend it! I'll be back.

15/05/2026: We went to McDonald's in Appiano yesterday around 7:00 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The restaurant was visibly dirty, both in the dining room and in the bathrooms (the men's room was in terrible condition).
We ordered three menus, and everything arrived cold. We returned fries and sandwiches from one menu, but the staff didn't even apologize, displaying a lackadaisical attitude.
Furthermore, three kiosks were blocked by a printer error, creating further confusion. I understand the crowds and the promotions, but this is precisely why we need to be more organized.
Unfortunately, hygiene comes first for us, and we won't be returning.
14/05/2026: They haven't made milkshakes for a long time because they say the machine is broken and it won't be repaired.
