04/01/2026: Definitely disappointing. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:00 PM, and after a few minutes we ordered a plate of tortellini in broth and tripe. After 5 minutes, the waitress came over, saying the tripe wasn't available, and offered us beans with pork rinds, and we said yes! Forty minutes after ordering, the waitress came over, telling us that the beans she had also offered weren't available... (After an interminable wait for two dishes, after just 40 minutes they told us the beans weren't available, absurd). Meanwhile, they didn't even bring us bread or piadina, as is usual while waiting for the dishes. We decided anyway, even though we were annoyed at having to wait for the tortellini, which the waitress said were being prepared and would be brought to the table shortly. We waited another 10 minutes and still nothing. The funny thing is that after almost an hour of sitting, a waiter asked us if we should order! We took our order and left, paying just for water and a quarter of wine. Terrible experience, terrible service, we felt cheated.
