Exceptional Christmas lunch at the L'Aquila Solitaria farmhouse in Serle. Excellent, tasty, and authentic dishes, prepared with high-quality ingredients and great passion. The chef's delicacies were a real surprise, each course better than the last.
The location is wonderful, and the staff is extremely kind and welcoming, always attentive and helpful. It's not our first time here, but each time is a new discovery that confirms the exceptional quality of the cuisine and hospitality.
Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

03/01/2026: It's considered the pinnacle of the pinnacle in Serle, the home of spit-roasted meat. Indeed, that is the signature dish, distinguished by the quality of the ingredients and the skillful preparation. I was also satisfied with all the other dishes, even though they were entirely home-cooked. As for the rest, I found it unexceptional. The service, in particular, was extremely slow. Sitting four hours for four courses is an exaggeration. And despite repeated requests, there was no way to speed up the service.

24/07/2025: I didn't like practically anything, starting with the service. The appetizer was poor and not fresh. The first course was swimming in oil, not to mention that it arrived after exactly an hour. The lady, if she's walking around the kitchen, should tie her hair up. Negative. Since she thinks I'm also dazed, since she replied that I haven't been to your place, I'll also add that the cleanliness left much to be desired. (I wanted to spare you this one.) (Sometimes when you listen to the customer, you can even improve.)

07/09/2025: We stopped by after a walk around the area. The food was stale and poor quality. The set menu was never explicitly stated, but we were served course after course without any room for discussion. When we asked for clarification on how lunch was served, the lady rudely told us there was a fixed menu and that, at most, we'd be allowed to take home the leftovers from the skewer. Mediocre service and overly apprehensive. We definitely won't be returning.

17/07/2025: Esattamente quello che ci si aspetta da un agriturismo, gestione attenta e molto gentile.
Il legame con il territorio si percepisce chiaramente nella scelta e utilizzo degli ingredienti e nelle proposte del menù e della carta vini
Ottimo e bilanciato il gusto, i profumi e la location.
Perfetto il gelato come dolce, scelto direttamente dal banco di una agrogelateria in loco.
Pienamente soddisfatta.
14/07/2025: Frequento questo posto da anni e posso affermare essendo uno specialista di spiedi che sia uno dei migliori spiedi tra Brescia e provincia. A parte lo spiedo nello specifico il resto in termine di ristorante è di livello alto. Prodotti genuini e curati e porzioni di tutto rispetto. Il personale sempre squisito e molto disponibile e la location ideale per chi ha bambini in quanto non circolano auto e vi una fattoria didattica bella da vedere per i bambini. Posto stra fortemente consigliato

Unico inconveniente le cappe della cucina probabilmente non funzionano perché si esce dal locale con i vestiti che puzzano di fritto in modo non accettabile. Peccato!!!
19/10/2024: 5 stelle perché non posso metterne di piú. Personalmente faccio sempre fatica a digerire la maggior parte delle pizze, soprattutto quelle napoletane, ma questa pizza a lunga lievitazione è qualcosa di strepitoso, con ingredienti accostati alla perfezione e un menú che non ha le solite pizze, ma proposte originali create dal pizzaiolo Pasquale.
