09/12/2023: I went in to drink a cappuccino and saw a large, long-haired dog without a muzzle in the middle of the 2 counters, the pastry shop and the bar. The owner of the bar insisted on letting her dog play with the lady at the bar. He was practically almost behind the counter. Now, I understand everything, but you can't go that far. Hygiene, respect for other customers and attention to detail. I left without ordering and without saying a word, stunned by such little attention to the customer. UPDATE AFTER THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: First of all, I don't allow you to call me a fake profile, this already says a lot about your approach to criticism. Secondly, mine is a stage name, as I am a blogger. Finally, the dog was not in the room but between the 2 desks, so to speak at the transition point from where you exit to go and serve the tables. If it hadn't happened how would I know what your bar is like? Now, I add that I saw the owner return to her house after a few minutes, just enough time for a cigarette. And she lives in the condominiums in the small square behind the bar, so she is a regular customer. This explains the excess of confidence with the dog. That said, the law says that dogs in public places should have a muzzle, and this one didn't and, again, it was huge and hairy. The fact that not everyone complains does not mean that there must be a dog at a bar counter playing with his (I presume) mother, who was actually at the pastry counter. Next time, however, I'll take photos and videos so you can see the effect something like this has on a customer. I am allergic to hair and uncomfortable around dogs, especially large ones. Basically, I couldn't approach the counter to order. And despite this the dog remained where he was for at least 2 minutes. without anyone worrying that a customer had entered and was, strangely, standing in the middle of the room waiting. I changed the review... given your response, I removed one more star.... Good work

03/09/2023: Excellent pastry shop in Poncarale. In a secondary street, but still busy. The pastries and brioches are very good! A great merit of this pastry shop is the fact that all their products are lactose-free! Perfect for those who have milk protein intolerance problems. The service is very friendly and the owners are kind and competent! Highly recommended!
