04/09/2025: The service was nice, the food was great, but the table wasn't set like everyone else's, we didn't get olive oil on the table, nor could we ask for it, because no one came to our table. We waited an inordinately long time for our food, so much so that the surrounding tables that came after us had already paid and we were still waiting for our food, plus we had to finish our drinks and no one offered us another. I guess it was because we had a stroller and a small child. Too bad, because the food was excellent.

16/08/2025: Excellent food, I've been ordering a delicious 1.5 kilo buffalo braid for years, the cheeses and pesto pasta are also delicious, as are the honeys and jams for the cheeses, and the owners are kind.

14/07/2025: We were actually quite dissatisfied. The grilled vegetables (including the warmed salad) were bone dry and unseasoned, even disgusting. The steak was well done instead of medium rare. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant in the evening. Parking wasn't always easy; there's a parking lot one street over that's free when there's no event. We wouldn't recommend it.

Having returned several times in recent years, I've noticed how the owners have continually updated the menu, adding new dishes and experimenting in search of ever-more delicious dishes. I wanted to praise their passion for their work and how they make you feel at home even when you barely know them. Recommended

25/07/2025: I've been to the restaurant several times, and every time it feels like home! Sebastien and his wife are incredibly friendly, and if you're not, you end up relaxing and feeling like you're on vacation. The location is connected to the center of Moniga by a charming little path. You can sit inside or outside, always feeling protected and in your own space—intimate while maintaining well-thought-out, airy spaces. The food: a wide selection with a menu that's nothing short of extensive. Mm, what can I say? I was looking for a nice place to find true French cuisine, and yes, I found it! Of course, they don't claim to cover the entire spectrum of French cuisine, but they've focused on typical dishes from certain areas, like the magnificent and delicious Breton galettes! The wines of Alsace, and beyond, are from France! In fact, my wife and I once treated ourselves to an ice cream and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was! Only flaw: they should have a location closer to my house, hehe!! Ah, for those with a taste for Italian cuisine, the chef, who I consider a chef, Sebastien, has created dishes like Galette, but with ingredients typical of some areas known for their products envied throughout the world: from Trentino speck and porcini mushrooms to Brescian bagoss cheese!! Slurp!!!...an artist at creating pairings and blending them into a French dish and in the aesthetics and beauty of the plating. Well done! And see you soon!!!
