04/12/2024: Review for celiacs / gluten-free / gluten free: I called to get information about gluten-free bread and any contamination, I was reassured by the person on the phone, so I booked. Once I arrived I was told gluten free bread was there but none of the meat burgers were safe, only vegan and salmon burgers. For all the other ingredients such as: lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sauces etc. they couldn't tell me if they were safe or not. Therefore I strongly advise against this place for celiacs as the staff is not sufficiently informed on the issue of celiac disease despite offering gluten-free sandwiches.

09/11/2024: A paradise for burgers. Possibility to compose your own sandwich with various ingredients and my result delighted my palate. The local cow burger was outstanding. But all the other ingredients were also fresh and of high quality. My son also devoured his sandwich. All with excellent local beer to aid digestion. Buckwheat beer is very particular. Very kind staff. Wonderful discovery for a Venetian like me.

12/07/2024: Sono diversi anni che quando andiamo in Trentino ci fermiamo per pranzo e cena al ritorno in questo posticino molto carino. È una macelleria/ Griglieria , ci sono carni di diverse nazionalità, sono tutte di alta qualità. Anche i contorni sono molto buoni, i taglieri di formaggi e insaccati sono casarecci hanno un sapore di una volta. I dolci fatti in casa poi una squisitezza….!!! I proprietari sono delle persone molto simpatiche, gentili e disponibili.È impossibile passare senza fermarsi…

15/11/2024: Passing through Malonno with our camper, we follow park4nigth's advice on this small pizzeria. More than happy, extraordinary pizza for the quality of the ingredients and the delicacy of the dough. Also worth mentioning is the hamburger boat. Very kind owner.

07/12/2024: As a pizza lover traveling across Europe, I’m always searching for hidden gems. One late evening, on my way to the mountains for skiing, I stumbled upon a modest looking spot. I wasn’t even hungry, but something about it made me turn back—and the moment I stepped inside, I knew I’d made the right choice. The place was spotless, inviting, and offered a great selection of drinks. The friendly waitress and the aroma of fresh pizza sealed the deal. Watching the pizzaiolo craft ultrathin dough with precision, I knew this was going to be special. The diverse menu tempted me to order three pizzas: Bresaola, Margherita (with extra cheese), and Diavola (swapping anchovies for double salami—though next time, I’ll try them). The pizzas were perfectly packed, but I didn’t get to them until later tonight. Even reheated , they were exceptional, everything from the dough to the toppings was pure perfection. Easily a 9.9/10. These pizzas are on another level, like a Swiss watch: no flashy marketing, just flawless quality. My friends loved it so much they begged for the location (I barely escaped by promising to tell them later). Sadly, I only snapped a few photos of the last slices, but trust me, this pizza is unforgettable. Paired with spicy oil, fresh chili, a glass of Ripasso, and finished with Fernet Branca, it was an experience to savor. Thank you to the amazing team behind this masterpiece, I’ll be back for sure, I have to try them fresh out of the oven!
