Every now and then I also order for Sunday lunch, especially when there is fish soup or paella.
The environment is clean, the service is punctual and the quality of the food is very good. I recommend it to everyone!

07/08/2025: Siamo stati in questo posto una sera per cenare portati anche dalle recensioni positive di Tripadvisor. Locale anni 80 un po’ trasandato ma ci passo sopra se alla fine si mangia bene! Il punto è che NON si mangia nemmeno bene! Antipasto della casa descritto come superlativo ma alla fine a cosa davvero buona era il prosciutto crudo, poi abbiamo preso tagliatelle ai porcini, pasta stracotta porcini a pezzetti totale zero gusto! Pizzoccheri?? Non so se lo fossero ma quelli veri nn sono questi! Io lo sconsiglio se si vuole davvero mangiare bene!

15/07/2025: I was passing through Brescia just before closing time and wandered into Rosticceria L'Etna almost by chance. There were only four arancini on display, because, rightfully, they were about to close. At first, I only ordered one with ragù and ate it right there… I was literally amazed.
It was exquisite! So good that I couldn't resist and ate the other one too. Truly delicious. Large, well-filled, with just the right amount of crispy breading, and the rice was perfectly cooked.
I felt like I was back in Sicily, back home. An arancini worthy of its name, prepared with care and passion. It's not often you find such quality outside of Sicily.
The owners are incredibly kind.
If you're passing through Brescia, stop by!

24/08/2025: I don't understand how so many people can give this place a positive review. Ever since I was little, or at least as long as I can remember, every time we've ordered from this pizzeria, there have always been problems: there was too much cheese or a strange texture, the pizza was often burned, or—as happened today—I ordered a Diavola and it was served with onions and peppers.
I've never had a Diavola with onions and peppers at any other pizzeria in Italy. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that "that's how Diavola is for them."
Besides the poor quality of the pizzas and the decidedly unpleasant taste, I must say that the service provided by the staff isn't particularly welcoming or courteous.
I'd like to point out that we only go to this pizzeria in exceptional circumstances: when our regular pizzeria is closed, far away, or we're simply passing through. But if you're in the area, I highly recommend trying elsewhere, such as Marfitana in Flero. This pizzeria, however, seems to have been forgotten, also due to its decidedly poor quality.

16/02/2025: Nelle serate di venerdì e sabato il locale organizza la cena all u can meat: eravamo molto entusiasti e incuriositi all'idea e la qualità della carne servita ci ha convinto completamente.
Il menu costa 25,00€ (escluse le bevande e il coperto da 2,00€; ok il mezzo litro di rosso a 6,00€, ma l'acqua a 4,00€ per quanto sia minerale naturale è davvero eccessivo).
Si comincia con un piatto di crudi (è l'unico non ordinabile nuovamente), seguito da altri tre piatti di carne cotta con contorni: tutto veramente ottimo. La formula è tecnicamente all u can eat, ma sfido chiunque a ordinare nuovamente un solo piatto, visto che le porzioni sono oltremodo abbondanti.
Ci è piaciuto tutto, partendo con i deliziosi crudi, ma anche il pulled pork, le costine e la tagliata; mi risulta difficile scegliere un piatto preferito.
Una bella idea, accompagnata da un servizio cortese e professionale; ci tornerò sicuramente.
08/02/2025: Eravamo stati circa un anno fa ed avevamo mangiato molto bene menu' degustazione carne , ben cotta ottime porzioni anche i contorni patate , salse e verdure.
Ieri sera abbiamo.poryayo due nostri amici e purtroppo con sorpresa abbiamo trovato molto scarse le porzioni poca scelta di carne , nessun contorno solo una ciotola di fagioli sconditi, abbiamo fatto brutta figura in quanto avevamo precedentemente decantato il posto ed il cibo .
Conto salato scrivono 27 euro menù degustazione ok ma poi ci sono 2 euro coperto e diamo a 29 € poi le bevande e dolci .
Servizio a bastsnza buono . Ragazzo che ci ha servito gentile ed educato.
Insomma ci spiace ma, la VIGNA di FLERO non ci vedranno più.
