29/05/2025: What can I say, stopping at a service station is a real pain in the ass these days.
25/05/2025: Horrible experience.
We arrive at 9:15 pm and are immediately told that only hamburgers are available and that we have to hurry. We order double smash burgers, but shortly after we are served normal burgers. We ask for explanations and are told: “Well, we wanted you to eat anyway, so we made them normal because the smashes were finished.”
But how? Wouldn’t it have been more correct to warn us first and let us decide?
Unfortunately it doesn’t end there. At the cashier, after they charged us for double hamburgers and served normal ones, we ask to split the bill in 5, and magically the four of us pay 27 euros, while the fifth pays 30. When we ask for clarification we are told that “it’s the rounding up’s fault”.
Furthermore, when we were served the Coca-Colas, we were also brought a water bottle (not requested), then added to the bill for €9.90. When asked why, we were told that “if you take Coca-Cola it’s like this”, without any warning.
Finally, when it was time to leave, we discovered that they had locked us in. After several attempts, we managed to attract the attention of a service station employee, who told us that we had exited on the wrong side. Too bad that the other exit was directly on the highway towards Venice, opposite to where we had parked the cars.
A truly negative experience, between disorganization, poor communication and little transparency in prices.

13/04/2025: Cena divisa in due: Mio marito ha preso un hamburger che è stato ottimo,squisito, ma io ho preso una pizza senza glutine e senza mozzarella che è arrivata col cornicione carbonizzato e in aggiunta abbondante aglio non richiesto. Mio marito come dolce ha preso tiramisù buono mentre io senza glutine e senza lattosio non ho trovato nulla.

05/05/2025: Arriviamo al ristorante e nonostante un disguido sulla prenotazione e un matrimonio ,la proprietaria ci trova due posti a tavola .il tutto con gentilezza ed eleganza. Veniamo in questo agriturismo xchè è un posto incantevole rilassante e si mangia divinamente ...un salame e vino da volare via .complimenti alle cameriere sempre con il sorriso .grazie del bellissimo sabato passato nella vostra struttura . A presto
02/05/2025: Ristorante rustico in Franciacorta, con animali, ideale per famiglie. Bellissimo spazio all’aperto e parco giochi per bambini. In due abbiamo preso antipasto della casa, primo e secondo: tutto ottimo, con sapori genuini e porzioni abbondanti. Atmosfera accogliente.

31/03/2025: I want to warn both the customers of the ice cream shop and the management of "Vaniglia" that the girls who work there try two times out of three to cheat customers and not leave the receipt or give the wrong receipt. Put a camera on the register or monitor your staff carefully. It's a bassèza from a fish market and not from a classy ice cream shop which in reality it isn't. Never again.

24/02/2025: Huge disappointment. The food is really mediocre but super expensive. There is little choice of dishes and they are truly banal (meatballs with sauce, pasta and potatoes, tortellini with cream!, endive with only black olive tapenade inside!). A children's dish of penne with sauce, half a portion, costs 25 euros. And they even made an infant pay a cover charge!
Disappointed by the quality of the menu, by the service which is absolutely not up to the standard of a hotel like the Albereta
The hotel restaurant, just outside, Quintale, is much better, it costs less, excellent service, good food.

01/04/2025: The classic flavors end immediately, they pass with disgusting flavors that have nothing to do with each other, horrible dough... I strongly advise against
30/03/2025: arrived at 8.35pm (closing time at 10pm). as soon as we arrive the waitress brings us the menus and then the glasses, to my question if I could already order she doesn't even give me an answer and we have to wait another 5 minutes for her colleague to arrive. at 8.50pm (after 3 slices of pizza and the place still half full) they come by to ask us if we were still eating a lot. after 3 more slices of pizza I proposed to make half a platter of pizza (there were 2 of us) because the kitchen was closing and they didn't want to make other platters for "a few" people. at 9.20pm they bring us the platter we asked for and in less than 10 minutes they bring us the "pre-bill" because they were closing. at the table behind us with the pizzas still on the plate they brought the coffee and to their question why so soon the answer was: "We are already cleaning the machine".
all the waiters were listless and busy cleaning the floors instead of serving customers with the Nutella pizza ready on the cutting board placed in the kitchen, which we paid for as part of the price of the menu, when we had to pay and when we reported that the Nutella pizza was missing, the manager's response was: "I had the Nutella pizza ready here" and to our "it wasn't delivered" his response wasn't even addressed to us but to his colleague who washed her hands saying that they had already brought it to everyone in the room.
