05/09/2024: It was late but the bathrooms were very clean and there was plenty of choice for food
04/09/2024: More than positive experience. We stopped yesterday September 3rd at 7pm. The place is clean and tidy. The strong point is definitely the staff. I don't know their names, but the cashier was very courteous and the bartender was very professional . Top level. Congratulations 👏

28/07/2024: Nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff. Just a purely economic consideration. In my opinion an aubergine and a skewer of peppers for €60 are, to put it mildly, offensive, there is a lot to work on the starters... too bad, the rest is all wonderful 🥲

Games to entertain children are becoming increasingly fewer to make room for tables.
I liked it much more before the change of direction of the chain, when they had a real play and entertainment area for children.
Now a couple of screens and it's all over.
The food is what it is for being a fast food place.
Open late despite the mall closing several hours earlier.
Very dirty bathrooms, better to use the ones in the shopping center which are sometimes in bad shape anyway.

Gnocchi fritti, formaggi e tartare buone ma senza eccellere
Pasta al ragù d'agnello bocciata , stopposa
Tagliata di cavallo cotta bene e carne morbidissima.
Vino rosso riserva barricato in bottiglia della casa assolutamente bocciato , è la prima volta che in 2 avanziamo quasi metà bottiglia.
I prezzi sarebbero giusti se i piatti fossero eccellenti, così no.

Rimane uno dei miei favoriti!
Ambiente accogliente, servizio cortese.
Ottime materie prime dalla Franciacorta.
Il "pranzo di lavoro" alza l'asticella.

01/08/2024: Due to rain and storms I decided to stop and eat pizza in this place. It couldn't have been a more unfortunate choice. I won't say anything else!!!
19/05/2024: Very good pizza overall, maybe a little thin but nice crunchy, in the service they are perhaps a little slow in taking the order and serving but they are very kind and helpful, the environment itself is not bad as a location, the only advice I would give is perhaps to allow small animals without a muzzle and perhaps manage closing times better since I noticed that many other people complain about it in the reviews, otherwise I would gladly come back here👍

20-25 minuti per darmi l'ordine.
L'attesa ci puó amche stare, ma bedere FAVORITISMI, per amici anche NO(li ha chiamati per nome).
Gli hi fatto presente che ho ordinato prima di loro nella macchinetta, e loro che hanno ordinaro in cassa dopo 5/10 minuto di me ma lo hanno ricevuto prima.
E questa cassiera con le trecce mi dice scazzata"cosa dici che c'eri prima te"
