10/05/2026: Sunday lunch completely ruined A terrible experience, definitely not to be repeated. We arrived on a Sunday for lunch, and the restaurant was full, but we're talking about a perfectly normal turnout for a Sunday: tables were occupied, yes, but not unmanageable chaos or a place overcrowded beyond capacity. These were simply the customers the restaurant had decided to accept and should have been able to handle. The appetizers arrived after over half an hour, while we waited almost two hours for the first courses, despite numerous requests. The first courses, moreover, didn't arrive together: some had their plates in front of them while others continued to wait. Completely disorganized service: bread, dishes, and basic requests were constantly forgotten. The difficulty in both the kitchen and the dining room was clearly evident. The worst thing was that we weren't the only ones complaining: the entire restaurant was protesting the delays. Many people left the restaurant without finishing their lunch, and we even saw customers sending their dishes back, exasperated by the wait. We also reported the inconvenience to the cashier, but by then our Sunday lunch was completely ruined. We would have liked to have coffee and dessert, but we didn't even dare wait any longer and left immediately after the entrees; it was almost 3:00 PM. A truly negative experience. They need to completely overhaul their organization. Absolutely not recommended.

09/05/2026: Everything was delicious! And we spent little but ate so much! The staff was kind, friendly, helpful, and friendly! Excellent food! Charcuterie board, cheese board, casoncelli, potato croquettes, Ascoli olives—everything was delicious, tasty, and completely filling! We wanted dessert, but we were so full 🤣❤️ if we pass by again, we'll definitely eat here!!

09/03/2026: I'll start by saying that the prices aren't low; or rather, they've gone up significantly in recent years. However, it seems to me that the quality has also improved, at least for the mini pastries, although they've always been good. The use of vanilla bean in the cream isn't a given; in fact, the creamy pastries are really good. I was surprisingly satisfied (I hadn't been back in a couple of years), perhaps also because their competitors in the area have significantly lowered their quality-price ratio, unlike them. In my opinion, the staff doesn't deserve criticism; it's hard to say the place is run by rude people.

06/03/2026: AWFUL!!! This morning I went to this pastry shop and never returned. The first thing I noticed was that the pastries were from the day before and definitely not as fresh as you'd expect from a pastry shop. Not to mention the owner looks at you in a way that almost makes you feel intimidated, displaying a lack of professionalism. Lastly, I'd like to say that I noticed that the leftover food was taken to the back kitchen and not thrown away like everything else in the trash can on the counter. I hope it was thrown in another trash can and not reused for someone else's aperitif. The bill wasn't even cheap. NEVER AGAIN!!!

09/05/2026: Yesterday I went to the Grom ELNÒS store and had a pistachio frappé. Very good, and the staff were helpful, especially Martina, who served me.
