Led by a young chef who knows how to convey in his dishes the love for what he cooks, the confidence of knowing how to work the raw materials
All this is not trivial, it has been a long time since I ate dishes where at the first bite you understood and all the love of someone who has the desire and hunger to win over their customers was conveyed to you.

26/04/2025: A wonderful spot in the middle of downtown Borno. Delicious food, excellent wine choices and wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend the grilled lamb and the pizzas.

26/02/2025: We were looking for an "illy" point to drink a coffee and we found it here.
Illy coffee was only a small part of the services offered, so much so that the very kind owner even offered them to us.
We will definitely return to enjoy the cuisine which promised well 😀.

23/04/2025: A place that is located in an enviable position, a view over the entire valley that takes your breath away. Fresh food, zero kilometre, with great attention to the recovery and valorisation of the territory. I took the tasting menu and the wine/cocktail pairing was also excellent. Fair price, attentive and friendly service. A must for anyone in Vallecamonica.

I would have liked a mountain-style restaurant more.
We ate well.
I count a little above average.
A big defect, very little parking.

17/01/2025: Storica pizzeria (ex ponte vecchio) che a parer di molto resta una delle migliori di Borno. Caldo rustico ambiente invernale in legno e fresco spazio esterno per le sere estive. Su raggiunge a piedi un pochi minuti dal centro del paese e gode di ampio parcheggio per le auto. Sublimi le materie prime se vorrete assaggiare quelle a km zero. Certamente consigliato sia con amici sia in famiglia, e perché no in coppia ! La mia pizza preferita la bresciana...

05/05/2025: Excellent location, clean, spacious room, decent dinner menu, with attention for a celiac, on the contrary in the breakfast little choice (almost nothing) for celiacs, however good for those who don't have eating problems (apart from the absence of fruit)!!

09/03/2025: I would like to start by thanking you for the work you do, although we started out enthusiastic from the reviews we read and left a little disappointed..
I don't want to judge but recommend that you pay more attention to the cheese platter (hard and yellowed cheeses... horror) and on the cured meat platter, the mushrooms clearly come out of the supermarket jar.
The tiramisu with the yellowed mascarpone on the surface was rejected.
And the ravioli soaked in butter, even less perhaps...

22/02/2025: Went for a quick pizza after my children had a great time, seeing the menu of the day, I opted for that. Homemade tagliolini (at least it seemed to me due to the consistency of the pasta) with mushrooms, with a reduction of meat sauce, spinach and snails wrapped in bacon! Exquisite!!! Very nice owner. Personally I recommend it. Then I'll try the pizza too. Price in my opinion honest (practically a single dish, 12 euros)

09/02/2025: Pizza veramente buona, l’impasto e le materie prime fanno la differenza ( non è napoletana). Birre pila, wiess e l’effe rossa. Consigliato.
18/01/2025: Abbiamo pranzato qui dopo aver letto le recensioni e devo dire che è la miglior pizza che abbia mai mangiato.
Impasto croccante ma morbido e alveolato all’interno, ho preso la pizza Reginella con crema di pomodoro datterino, mozzarella di bufala e olio evo. Ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità.
Veramente eccezionale!
