25/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding at Villa Canton about a month ago. Since it also serves as a town hall, we chose to hold the civil ceremony there, organized with the help of the wedding planner recommended by the property. The villa is splendid, meticulously maintained, and has a truly magical atmosphere. The property was professional and available throughout the planning process. However, a few aspects left us a little perplexed, which is why our rating isn't fully 5 stars: 1- Seating during the ceremony: Out of approximately 100 guests, we were guaranteed 70 seats, but the photos show there were just over 40. Several guests—including elderly ones—were left standing, which created some discomfort and a sense of a "loss of style" during such an important moment. 2- Fans during the aperitif: During the aperitif, some guests felt hot, and the management independently turned on fans with water mist, informing us only after the event. In the end, we were charged an extra €300 for a service activated for one hour that we had neither requested nor approved. In this context, we would have expected the decision to be up to the couple. 3- Second course: some guests reported that the meat was tough and sinewy. We were unpleasantly shocked to learn that the management attributed this to our choice not to include sauces, which was not true: we had simply requested a gluten-free sauce to include all guests, given the bride's celiac disease. From a venue of this caliber, one would expect greater attention and an appropriate solution for specific dietary needs. Aside from these critical issues, we recognize that the overall organization and management of the day were excellent, and we would like to especially thank Andrea, the restaurant manager, who proved to be discreet, courteous, and always attentive. His professionalism is one of Villa Canton's true strengths. In short, a lovely place and an overall positive experience, with a few aspects that could be improved to make everything truly perfect.

12/10/2025: Raffo was an amazing host for me and my friends. We were here 2 nights in a row as the food, the staff and ambiance were amazing. We had so much fun here! The complimentary foccacia and drinks were a great surprise and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a great dinner in an amazing ambiance.

12/10/2025: We discovered this restaurant one evening in Seriate when it was already quite late, and it turned out to be an amazing find! The food was so delicious that we came back again. We were treated wonderfully by Rafo, and the whole atmosphere was fantastic — great music, excellent service, and truly exceptional food. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this beautiful city!

10/06/2025: Ice cream sugary to the stars, you have to drink a 2 liter bottle of water after eating it. Asked to go to the bathroom and the owner answered me vulgarly NO we do not have a bathroom. We will report it to the right people

10/07/2025: Un pranzo indimenticabile all’insegna del gusto Locale intimo e accogliente, ideale per chi cerca un’esperienza gastronomica di alto livello anche a pranzo. Abbiamo scelto il menù Gourmantico e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla cura in ogni dettaglio. Servizio professionale e attento, sempre discreto e cortese. I piatti proposti riflettono una grande ricerca: ingredienti di alta qualità, abbinamenti originali e presentazioni impeccabili. Una menzione speciale va allo ,"spaghetto freddo all’erba cipollina, tartare di crostacei, uova di trota e gazpacho di pomodoro"  un piatto sorprendente, fresco e perfettamente equilibrato. Al termine del pranzo, lo chef è venuto personalmente al nostro tavolo per chiedere come ci fossimo trovati, gesto che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Con grande cortesia, ci ha poi proposto un breve giro nella fornitissima cantina del ristorante, chiudendo in bellezza un’esperienza davvero memorabile.

16/06/2025: Dopo aver provato diverse volte il ristornate stellato, ieri siamo stati anche al Bistrò del Lo.Ro a Trescore Balneario Finalmente sono riuscita ad assaggiare la loro pizza, che ho trovato molto buona, ben lievitata, con un bel impasto morbido e soprattutto saporita. In estate il servizio viene svolto all’aperto, i tavoli infatti si trovano nel giardino davanti all’ingresso, adiacente al ristorante stellato. Il servizio è informale, veloce, nulla da eccepire. Forse il mio unico consiglio è quello di andare in tarda serata, così il caldo non è eccessivo e ci si può godere di una tranquilla cena all’aperto. Ieri ho assaggiato una Pizza Sfiziosa con prosciutto cotto, zola di montagna e porcini. Veramente ottima, lo zola era buonissimo e dava il giusto sapore alla pizza. Una delle particolarità del loro menù è il fatto di poter ordinare una semplice margherita ed aggiungere poi gli ingredienti preferiti. Si possono mettere scampi crudi, gamberi rossi, culatello o culaccia e altri ingredienti a scelta. Molto buoni anche i dolci, il tiramisù era una nuvola leggerissima e anche la crème brulée alla vaniglia con lamponi e gelato al pistacchio era molto buona. Il conto in linea con le mie aspettative, la qualità dei prodotti giustamente si paga, forse un po’ eccessivo il vino al calice (ma questo è stato un mio errore visto che non ho chiesto il prezzo

11/11/2025: The place was packed on a Friday night, super loud (you couldn't chat). My partner and I had a burger, and it was dry. As for the service, the waiters did what they could.

27/11/2025: I was very disappointed with this pizzeria. The pizza dough was poor quality, hard to digest and tasteless. The ingredients had such an unpleasant odor that I had to ask for a replacement, which should never happen in a place that also calls itself a pizzeria. The beers were poorly drafted, lacking head and with an altered flavor, a sign of poor product management. The service also left much to be desired. An overall negative experience that won't make me want to return.

16/11/2025: Just been Very kind and friendly staff. I had the grilled beef appetizer, which was very good, complete, and plentiful. This was followed by prime cuts of beef, which were also good quality, but unfortunately the meat was a little cold. It was crowded, so it was definitely an oversight. They made up for it with the two delicious desserts offered. Fair value for money, I had a great time. We'll be back 🥰 Alice

08/03/2025: Quite a small place but spectacular food. For two with €45 you eat and drink (even beer) really a lot and very well. Highly recommended!

04/02/2025: I passed by chance and stopped with friends. Small but nice atmosphere. Served with à la carte choice but they also do you can it. The raw fish is truly exceptional, you can feel that the fish is of high quality. As for the grilled food, I liked it less but it was average. The waitress very kind and quick. I'll be back. Advised!
