The competitive severity of the owner in keeping the quality of the environment and service high is accompanied by an ambitious professional chef who is Tiziano: His technical preparation is unquestionably impeccable.
The bride and groom and guests are cradled by a precise and elegant script for their entire stay.
Friendliness and availability are the order of the party, and there is no source of worry that can grip the protagonists.
Everything is in the hands of serious and trained people.

13/12/2024: It is now the second year that my husband and I have celebrated our Valentine's Day by dining at this fantastic restaurant near home.
The location is very characteristic, and a must of the place is certainly the room with the windows, which makes the environment original and elegant at the same time. Every detail is carefully taken care of: I'm not just talking about the food, but also about the plating and the attention that the staff gives to their guests.
Furthermore, on Saturday evening we returned for dinner with the family and once again appreciated the goodness and quality of the dishes. We were served by Luca, the owner, and Diego, a nice and truly professional guy.
Can't wait for the next dinner! Highly recommended!

12/12/2024: What's missing? The food is delicious and of high quality too! The staff were polite and helpful. Clean place, certainly simple in its coverage, but still functional. And if all this is followed by a very honest account, I would say that it is a perfect place for both families and couples. It now seems so incredible to spend an average of €15 per person for a pizza, a starter and a drink which gives you all the sense of honesty of the people who work there. Compliments!
04/12/2024: We have dined at Retrogusto more than once and we really wanted to compliment first on the impeccable service and kindness of the staff, then on the quality of the food. We had a bit of everything from appetizers to pasta, grills and pizzas and we were truly amazed at the fact that they didn't make a mistake! Everything delicious and impeccable. What is fundamental but not to be taken for granted for a table of several people is to have the courses arrive together even if they are different and they also managed this despite it being a Saturday evening. So our compliments to all the truly excellent staff and management. We will keep coming back and recommend trying it to anyone who hasn't already.

The owner hardly answers the phone when he does however he is rude.
There is better in the same area.
I'd rather spend €10 more than spend €30 and have no service.

27/08/2024: A nice place to stay overnight while exploring the area. The conditions are ok for Italian standards. The breakfast buffet, a large selection of dishes, and very nice and helpful staff were a pleasant surprise.
25/08/2024: VERY NOISY air conditioning, no manager to talk to for problems.
The hotel is managed by two very young people and no one in charge stopped by to express our complaints. In my opinion it was done on purpose because everyone complains.
Not recommended, I went for work with my family and we were unable to rest.
Breakfast practically all in sachets and packaged, there is no Nutella.
There is no real espresso coffee, it's all machine-made. They don't even make you an egg, no bacon, there was no water.
Real orange juice costs 5 euros separately but there were no oranges and the machine was turned off.
The 4 star is truly a gift as it is the most expensive in the area for me it is a simple 2 star. Very unhappy one night 293.50 with dinner for 2 adults and two children, not very recommendable place in the powder rooms under the bedside tables, be careful not to drop a pillow, risk badly.
Quadruple room created from an attic with very small windows resting on tiles VERY DIRTY with bat poop.
Not recommended even for Halloween.
Total disaster don't go there for any reason trust this real review

Personale gentilissimo.
Consiglio vivamente! Veranda esterna molto romantica.
Prodotti locali, pasta, pane, salumi. Dolci fatti in casa.
Ci torneremo sicuramente..
18/06/2024: Ristorante-pizzeria a conduzione familiare, appena fuori dal centro del paese. Il locale è accogliente anche se fa fare un salto indietro nel tempo (che non è sempre negativo). Si può mangiare anche all'esterno sotto un comodo dehor. Pizze molto buone: ben cotte, ben farcite e con impasto leggerissimo. Servizio cordiale e informale. A mio modesto parere prezzi un pelino alti rispetto alla media, parzialmente giustificati dall'utilizzo di ingredienti di loro produzione e di ingredienti biologici.
Se posso permettermi qualche piccolo suggerimento per i proprietari:
1. A chi ordina la pizza, portate dei coltelli che tagliano meglio
2. Sulla pizza "bufala", la mozzarellina di bufala grossa come un ciliegino sparisce ed è come mangiare una margherita (vedasi foto allegata). Per 10 euro si può anche mettere una bufala da 125 gr.
In ogni caso, torneremo a provare la cucina perché i piatti che abbiamo visto passare ci hanno incuriosito.
