19/10/2025: We got married on September 19, 2025, in this fairytale location, and we couldn't be happier or more satisfied! An enchanting place with wonderful people. From the very beginning, we were greeted with extreme kindness and helpfulness by Mrs. Luisa, a truly exquisite person in every way. And what about Tiziano? UNIQUE and INIMITABLE! He handled everything perfectly, from the organization to the set-up, and supported us every step of the way. Excellent food and impeccable service, attentive and caring staff. 09/11/2025: Truly exceptional service and quality Truly exceptional pizza The sauce was truly exquisite, excellent quality buffalo burrata, congratulations ✓✓✓✓✓ Perfect table service A choice of ingredients Whole wheat and gluten-free dough However, only the dough is gluten-free because it's made in the same oven, but they let us know right away. I chose the dough because I prefer it, and it was exceptional, I was truly surprised. The location is also excellent, with plenty of parking nearby and in front of the restaurant. Thanks to all the staff, I'll try other dishes next time.

29/09/2025: Very good pizza, thin and super digestible

17/10/2025: I'm back for the second time because I had a great experience the first time. The interior is nice, but the outdoor patio is a little less so. It'll definitely be very pleasant in the height of summer with the outdoor seating. The first time I had a hamburger with various toppings. Excellent. The meat was very tender and of excellent quality. The hot mixed antipasto was really good: good flavor, not greasy, and the homemade potato and milk croquettes were truly delicious. The second time I had pizza. I asked if they could kindly make it thin because I hate the huge crusts that are so trendy these days. The pizza arrived excellent: thin, well-topped, crispy, and with a really good crust. The service is perfect. Those waiters don't walk, they fly, and they're very kind. When it came time to get the bill, the lady at the cashier, having forgotten to cancel something, apologized and gave us a small discount on the total. Super satisfied!

16/10/2025: Very welcoming atmosphere, friendly, fast, and knowledgeable staff, and average prices. We ordered a couple of paninis made with pizza dough and truly exceptional toppings. Recommended.

11/11/2025: I found this pizzeria by chance, inspired by the numerous positive reviews and photos of their truly inviting pizzas and other products. During my week here in Osio Sotto, where I'm a tourist for a surgery, my partner and I ordered delivery from Pizza e Via several times, and we were completely satisfied every time! The pizza is truly delicious, as are the fried foods and their sandwiches. You can taste the quality of the dough and the ingredients, always fresh and tasty. The prices are very fair; in fact, I'd even say quite low for the quality they offer. I'd like to highlight the kindness and helpfulness of the owner: always smiling and attentive, even just over the phone. It's rare to find people like that these days! This pizzeria has become a true reference point for me every time I return to Osio, and I'll carry with me the memory of the courtesy and warmth I received. A discovery that will truly remain in my heart. 💛🍕

09/11/2025: To reserve a table, a deposit of €40 per person is required, which I find completely inappropriate. I understand that respect is required from customers and that some rude people make reservations without showing up, but respect must be mutual. It's not customary to impose such conditions simply for sitting down at a table. Furthermore, asking each customer to provide credit card information for a simple reservation could also pose a security issue. I've been to this restaurant before, even though I don't consider myself a regular, but under these conditions, I won't be returning. No big deal: my companions and I "fell back" at a higher-end restaurant, which didn't ask for a deposit and welcomed us with a much better spirit.

08/11/2025: We were at Braseria last night! Four friends left Genoa with high expectations and returned home full of excitement! The place is very cute, the kitchen is open and the refrigerators are displayed right at the entrance to the room. The staff is young, friendly, approachable, unobtrusive, but always on point! On the advice of the head waiter, we ordered a selection of mixed appetizers (each better than the last...), a 1.7kg beef ribeye, and a selection of BBQ appetizers. But not content with that, we added another beef ribeye, about 1.2kg! And then, of course, dessert! I don't want to go on and on, I'll just say that everything was excellent! The meat was AMAZING, and a special mention goes to the giardiniera and a couple of truly sublime appetizers! What I particularly liked was the fact that we were NOT asked to cook the meat. And I totally agree with that, because they are the professionals and they know how to cook meat! The only downside...the wine cellar. In my opinion, there's little selection and little research into the product. I'm obviously talking about the mid- to low-end labels, say €25 to €45, which are the ones I can afford. If you go higher, you'll find top-notch wines, but they're clearly well beyond the average customer's budget. Total price €750.00, which I find absolutely proportionate to what we ate and drank!

27/11/2025: A truly pleasant experience. The staff was impeccable, professional, and attentive. The food was delicious, with the freshest ingredients and well-crafted dishes. The truffle dishes in particular were excellent, although, for an extra touch, I would have appreciated them grating the truffle at the table. A personal touch, but nothing that compromises the overall quality. The location is elegant yet simple, the perfect atmosphere for a special evening. The prices are absolutely in line with what's on offer. I definitely recommend it!
