Super friendly staff, especially Angelica, the girl who took my order.
Very knowledgeable and friendly, highly recommended!!
01/11/2025: I ordered a vegetarian piadina from Totem, which was supposed to contain certain ingredients, but after a couple of bites I realized the main ingredient was missing. So I went to mention it, and the cashier told me they no longer used it, too bad the ingredient was listed both on the menu and on the kiosks. Naturally, I wasn't even allowed to change the piadina, so I had to eat bread and salad for the €8 change.

28/09/2025: No, no, and absolutely not. You order a drink from the machine, pay, and then the staff tells you it's unavailable and to choose something else. Then you order a Caesar salad—the description doesn't mention tomatoes (I'm allergic)—and they once again send you to the fridge to serve yourself, only for you to realize that's also unavailable... and when they finally bring it from some storage room, it has tomatoes. Simply terrible and never again

10/06/2025: Gelato artigianale discreto, con pezzi di ghiaccio nei gusti frutta, pagato a peso d'oro e servito in quantità misera.... Peccato, a mai più!!!
25/05/2025: Mi sono fermato per un caffè al volo sabato mattina. Molto gentili e simpatiche le bariste, oltre che molto carina la ragazza più giovane!

18/04/2025: De los pocos sitios que tenían opciones sin gluten en todo el aeropuerto. Había tres tipos de sándwich, y aunque fue caro, estaba muy bueno. Además el chico que nos atendió fue un encanto.

06/05/2024: Alla richiesta di scaldare la focaccia mi è stato comunicato che la piastra non andava.
Esattamente due minuti dopo, hanno scaldato una piadina nel forno.
Servizio pessimo, per una modica cifra di 30€ di scontrino a colazione.
