17/12/2025: Chef Express is a laughably bad name for this place. The service here has to be the worst I’ve ever experienced. I ordered some pizza from the Alice Pizza stand, which the Chef Express staff were also manning. It was taking quite a while, which I thought was strange because the other locations that I’ve been to heat the pizza very quickly. When I asked how long it would take, the staff member who had originally taken my order didn’t speak English, which is fine, so someone else took over. When I asked them how long it would take, they told me I’d have to order the pizza… which I explained I had already done. Then they told me I still needed to pay for it, and I explained I’d already done that. Then they questioned when I’d ordered it, as if I was being impatient. Then the original staff member checked the oven and it was burnt to a crisp. I was told one minute. No apology. They put some more in. Then the wait began again. Guess what! They forgot it again and the entire process repeated itself, resulting in a sad burned pizza. This time the staff member looked at me as though I might accept it, which was pretty insulting. I asked for a refund and they don’t do refunds apparently. A huge argument ensued amongst multiple staff. No one was communicating with me. They kept saying I couldn’t have a refund. I kept telling them they burned the pizza twice and I had no food. Everyone kept yelling at each other. Do I need to mention that I have a flight to catch?? It was the craziest experience I’ve ever had at a food establishment. Finally one member of staff gave me a refund, thank god. Then someone wanted the receipt back and I finally got to leave, without any food. Thanks Milan! What a way to say goodbye. Wow.

20/09/2025: Expensive You order using the machine and you expect that you should wait until your order is ready but instead, you should present your receipt at the pickup counter in order for your order to get prepared but no one tells you that until you realise it yourslf by looking at others

14/02/2026: At 9.30pm, they tell me that it is already closed when all the other restaurants are open and I understand that it closes at 10pm. The differently beautiful, differently intelligent with glasses, take serious people who want to work not these nonentities

09/02/2026: If you want to taste the flavor of piadina, this is the place to go because the filling is very minimal. We waited a bit before they came out from the back to take our order. They looked at us but continued talking among themselves. When the cashier came out, she was annoyed. I don't know, next time, tell me, I'll go somewhere else. I expected to find a welcoming atmosphere, but that wasn't the case.

28/11/2025: I choose and pay for the menu on the monitor. I get to the counter and they tell me there's no focaccia barese... I can only choose between something cheaper and I can't get anything more expensive... Not very serious. Plus, it's very dirty, chairs are broken, and 27 euros for two focaccias, a soft drink, and a water... Never again!

28/09/2025: No, no, and absolutely not. You order a drink from the machine, pay, and then the staff tells you it's unavailable and to choose something else. Then you order a Caesar salad—the description doesn't mention tomatoes (I'm allergic)—and they once again send you to the fridge to serve yourself, only for you to realize that's also unavailable... and when they finally bring it from some storage room, it has tomatoes. Simply terrible and never again
