02/08/2026: This is our third visit, and we're completely satisfied, without reservation. The place is charming and well-kept, with huge windows that allow you to enjoy the valley in all its beauty. There's a fireplace in the living room, and although I haven't seen it lit yet, it gives off an immediate sense of warmth. The owner is courteous and welcoming. A wonderful hostess who immediately puts you at ease. The dishes are excellent, rooted in tradition and presented and cooked with skill and attention. The medium-high price range is justified. I also had a wonderful surprise in the bathroom, which I won't reveal. A thoughtful and thoughtful treatment for us women that warmed my heart. Keep up the good work! Until next time!

06/07/2026: At Trattoria del Frassino, there's an air of authenticity that's increasingly rare these days. It's one of those genuine trattorias where time seems to slow down and where everything speaks of care and passion.
The owner is a truly precious presence: always meticulous, attentive, and incredibly kind, especially with the little ones. In our case, she was constantly attentive to our daughter, making us feel welcomed and at ease, like family.
The food is simply delicious, genuine, and authentic, just like the people you meet there. Every dish speaks volumes, and from the first bite, you immediately sense the passion and respect with which it's prepared.
A memorable experience that reminds you how special traditional cuisine can be when it's made with love.

I piatti proposti in quella occasione sono stati sia presentati che cucinati con professionalità e buon gusto, le bevande senza alcun limite comprese nel prezzo assolutamente onesto e a mio parere alla portata di tutti. Da ritornare senza aspettare un altro ferragosto. Grazie
