11/01/2026: A bar located on the shore of Lake Endine. Let me start by saying that this afternoon was my first visit. It's undoubtedly a beautiful location, with a panoramic lakefront view, a pizza oven, and a menu full of options. Unfortunately, it was a negative experience that left a bitter taste in our mouths, as as soon as we walked in today we noticed the place was packed. Some people, three of them, occupied tables for very long periods, consuming water perhaps with the excuse of warming up; others were queuing in front of the restrooms; customers and waiters were coming and going both inside and outside the place. Being understanding people, we understood that since it was Sunday, after the Christmas holidays, with the frozen lake to admire, the place was packed and we were also forced to wait for a table. What really left me perplexed was the fact that upon entering, no one acknowledges the customer, not even a half-hello, no one offers even the slightest information about whether tables are available or not, times, or anything else. I felt disoriented, but since I really wanted to enjoy a hot chocolate with cream while gazing at the lake, I decided to wait patiently and understandingly. I waited 15 minutes near the restroom so as not to further hinder the waiters' work. Seeing customers who arrived after me pass in front of me and take tables that I had been eyeing for a quarter of an hour, I decided to get in line in front of the counter. I stood there waiting for a while longer, and finally a young man, I presumed a bartender, asked me what I wanted. I asked for two hot chocolates with cream. He told me to wait. Another woman came over and told me that I shouldn't have waited there, but in front of the register. I would have preferred to know this beforehand, but okay. I got in line in front of the register, which is between the front door and the kitchen entrance, so we were all crowded together and I felt like I was in the way. Confirming this, a gray-haired, petite waiter arrived and kept complaining about how difficult it was to work with all those people around him. Approaching me, he said in a loud, sarcastic, and annoyed manner, "Ma'am, I have to go to the kitchen." Obviously, I was in line to order; I had no intention of hindering his work. The entire line turned and stared at me, and I... I felt embarrassed, but I pretended not to notice, because I imagined it wasn't easy working with all those people standing in the dining room. What bothered me most was that the same waiter kept swearing in front of the customers. This was truly unpleasant and in bad taste, as well as unprofessional. I stood at the cash register for another 15 minutes, and my companion took a seat outside in the cold because no one bothered to leave a table free so everyone could eat. The cash register was often unstaffed, so we couldn't order. After a 20-minute wait, it was my turn to order. Kindly ask for his hot chocolates. To be consumed outside, and the lady politely tells me that the wait is long since there are already many orders to prepare that were taken before mine. She's right to say that, but I would have preferred to know before standing around waiting for almost 40 minutes. I left annoyed and disappointed. I recommend more organization, more customer service, and it would be nice to close off the outdoor seating with a glass wall or put up something to warm the space. What a shame.

30/12/2025: We had dinner with casoncelli and fried seafood... everything was good and the prices were fair... the staff were friendly and the place was welcoming.
