13/04/2026: The atmosphere was sad and gloomy, the staff apathetic and unhelpful. I was there with my girlfriend, and when we entered the building, they almost struggled to greet us. We also had trouble getting back on public transportation because they don't run on Sundays, and even after asking the staff, they couldn't offer us a solution. When we asked if it was possible to stay an extra night, we were told curtly that "they're closed" on Sundays, but after two hours, we were told we could stay an extra night... a bit confusing. Decent room, firm and noisy bed, walls not soundproof at all, we were woken up several times during the night just by people walking in the hallway. Breakfast was minimal, lacking fruit and savory items, there was nothing hot (just a drink you could ask the waiters for), and the buffet selection consisted of toast, biscuits, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The place itself was okay, but there's nothing around; I wouldn't recommend it.

27/01/2026: Wonderful experience Clean and comfortable room, very nice spa, everyone who looked after us on arrival, at dinner, and at breakfast was good, polite, and respectful. Perfect dinner and delicious buffet breakfast. We will definitely be back.
