16/02/2024: Terrible experience, ordered candy for Halloween on October 22, 2023, with advance payment on their website. We received the goods (not all of them) after numerous reminders at the end of November. I'm still waiting for a refund for the items paid for in advance and not delivered.

06/01/2024: A cup of tea cost €3.50 for not even a tea bag that could be called such. I asked for classic tea, but they didn't have any. The chocolate tasted unpleasant and salty. The staff didn't even apologize for not providing anything other than decaffeinated tea, claiming it was the same thing! A place that has long since declined in quality. With prices typical of quality establishments!!! A disgrace.
