No response to greetings when entering or leaving. The staff serving tables just needs a scolding to give customers a good shake, who would have been better off staying home than bothering those who want to be left alone. I repeat: courtesy is lacking!

I'm giving one star down for the service because we booked a table for 4 a few days in advance for a birthday and when we arrived we found out they had a table for 2. They finally seated us all by the kitchen. The restaurant isn't the cheapest, so we were a bit disappointed, but overall we were happy.
29/08/2025: More show than substance. The food was very mediocre compared to the quality. My child's pizza had a piece of plastic wrap baked into the crust. The waiter should have reported it to the kitchen. No comment. We ate for €120.

11/04/2025: Spent a beautiful day at the Cascina Lorenzo farmhouse. Beautiful location with a magnificent view of Lake Iseo.
All very good: the cold cuts, the first courses of fresh handmade homemade pasta, as well as the desserts.
The wines they produce are good.
the restaurant retains all the tone and style of the local tradition.

13/10/2024: Per cinque giorni abbiamo pranzato in questo albergo, visto che il ristorante è aperto anche a clienti esterni, posizionato proprio sulla via principale del paese, possibilità di parcheggio; grande sala e pure dehors estivo. Menu semplice e diverso ogni giorno e buon cibo!! Personale gentile e cordiale. Da consigliare a tutti e ritornarci. Non abbiamo soggiornato ma è da provare anche questa soluzione

È vero, l hotel è datato e con arredamento retrò ma sinceramente, non vado in vacanza coi mobili e per i mobili. Pulito, e questo ciò che conta.
