11/04/2026: After about a year of not returning to this place, I must say that the quality and quantity of the dishes has significantly decreased. We ordered a grilled meat for 4 people (€66) and they showed up with 4 skewers, 6 ribs, 2 pieces of pork neck, 1, yes, 1 piece of sausage! I pointed out to the waiter both the quantity and the cost of the grilled food... he just made a gesture as if to say you're right, I'll take care of it now... but... Who's seen him again!!??? Mediocre service, when it came to paying the bill they asked for a round of liqueurs, but we're talking about 2 liqueurs, not 20, and it was refused... saying, 'No, you can't ask for that, as if you had asked for something special.' In any case, I strongly advise against the grilled food. At Max, it's fine for going out for a pizza, period! I forgot. There was also a welcome entrée once, but now it's gone. At least for tables of more than 2 people we asked the waiter and he replied saying that it is something they don't do anymore... but in reality it is not like that!

27/03/2026: Excellent trattoria for a business lunch. The food quality is above average for this type of service. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pizzas and bread are excellent.
