Last night, 6 of us had 3 pieces of diaphragm...they melted in our mouths 🤤🤤🤤 and 2 beautiful ribs of Spanish meat, exquisite to say the least, here you can immediately notice the quality...Here the meat can be said to be treated with velvet gloves with special care. At the grill we met the great Carlos, a true master in grilling meat 🍖 (ps, have a chat with him, he'll tell you some secrets about meat).
