07/01/2026: After years of frequenting the restaurant and sharing positive word of mouth with friends, relatives, and acquaintances, I regretfully find myself leaving a two-star review based solely on my personal experience. We're from Milan and had booked lunch at 12:00 PM for a group consisting of a mother, father, a 1-year-old, two 4-year-olds, a grandmother, an uncle, and an aunt. When we made our phone reservation, at their request, we specified that the 1-year-old would not be eating, as we would be bringing his own food. We simply asked for a high chair so he wouldn't be in a stroller. We were informed of the cancellation policy, which requires a cancellation fee within 12 hours (so, by midnight for a 12:00 PM lunch). That same morning, at 9:00 AM, I (the mother) suddenly fell ill with gastroenteritis and couldn't leave the house. The 1-year-old, still breastfed, had to stay with me. The rest of the group showed up at the restaurant as usual for lunch. The situation was explained upon arrival, without any comment. The group ordered five pizzas, four desserts, drinks, and coffee. The four-year-olds shared a Margherita. They also requested a takeout pizza, but it was denied. The total bill was €180. The table was reserved until 1:30 PM, but at 1 PM, the table was cleared and the bill was brought. Once we left the restaurant, we received an email charging us €30 for a no-show for two people: the sick mother and the one-year-old child who, as specified during the reservation, would not eat anything. We called to ask for an explanation, and the owner, very upset, told us things like he wasn't interested in the child's age and that the absence was considered as that of an adult, claiming we should have given advance notice. I understand and respect cancellation policies, but in this case, it seemed like the real and unforeseeable situation wasn't taken into account, nor the fact that the child wouldn't be able to enjoy the meal. The attitude I encountered during the phone call left me very disappointed. This was my personal experience. As for the food, I found it to be decent, but the service and handling of the situation made me feel unwelcome as a customer. For this reason, I wouldn't return and I wouldn't recommend the restaurant, especially to families with small children.

04/01/2026: Super light and crispy pizza dough, unique and delicious toppings made with excellent ingredients. One of our favorites is the one with pesto ice cream... Whenever we're in the area, we try to eat pizza here because it's so good.

15/12/2025: Beautiful place, excellent food, and impeccable, fast service. Generous portions and superb ingredients. A great experience, and we'll be back to try everything else. Superb meat.

08/12/2025: The place was packed, but they still found room for two. The appetizers were plentiful, the first courses were equally delicious, and the second courses were very refined. Excellent, and above all, everything was delicious!

04/01/2026: We had already been there last year (January 25th) and had a great time, excellent food and good service. We returned for lunch on January 26th, a year later. Disappointing. Baked potatoes inedible, meat not commensurate with the price, service worsened... what a shame.

07/01/2026: Not a recommended experience! The menu was very limited (4 first courses and 4 second courses) with prices well above the average for local restaurants. The dishes were very low in quality and flavor, including a tiny bowl of polenta and mushrooms (which cost a whopping 14 euros) with the mushrooms clearly undercooked. All this happened at dinner time with three two-person tables in the dining room, so there wouldn't even be the excuse of the kitchen being overcrowded with orders. The restaurant was really expensive, and the quality of the food was terrible. The positive reviews we checked probably referred to the old management. We won't be returning.

14/01/2026: The appetizers of cured meats and cheeses were good. The pappardelle with wild boar sauce was overcooked and flavorless except for the meat. The ribs were burnt and very salty. The price/quality ratio was inadequate.

09/01/2026: We stopped for lunch. Even though there weren't many people, the service was slow. Honestly, the price seemed excessive, and when we asked for at least a round of complimentary liqueurs, the answer was no. Two additional grappas... Nine euros and fifty cents... A piece I'd say is original, to say the least. It feels like it was invented on the spot.

08/01/2026: We were there during the Epiphany, a wonderful experience, a quiet and relaxing place, family-run, excellent cuisine, kind and professional staff.

15/12/2025: It was an evening combined with a show. The fixed menu was a bit pricey, but good. The space was very cramped and the tables were packed tightly together. The quality of the show was poor.

19/10/2025: We had a great time. The atmosphere was comfortable and the service was fast and accurate. There were 10 of us and we didn't have to wait long. We'll definitely be back.

05/01/2026: Excellent for lunch break, good dishes, friendly staff and with a floor with an aquarium underneath which, if it were a little more cared for, would be exceptional

02/01/2026: Bad, duck ragù full of bone pieces. It's no longer called Trattoria Aurora but Trattoria Tressapori. Avoid.
